Brett is the Supervising or Executive Producer of all exclusive news content that premiered at the launch of The Young Turks' YouTube TV network: including the Happy Half Hour with Brett Erlich, The Damage Report with John Iadarola, and #NoFilter with Ana Kasparian. He is also a regular contributor to ABC News Specials (2010-Present), and hosts Pop Trigger (2013-Present) for TYT Network, the #1 Video News Source on the Internet. He also contributes to TYT Sports and TYT's The Breakdown, which was nominated for a 2018 Webby and Streamy Award.

In 2006 he launched Webby Award winning Viral Video Film School, which he recently relaunched. This originally ran on Current TV, where he also hosted weekly comedic pop culture clip shows Infomania (2007) and The Rotten Tomatoes Show (2009), as well as writing, producing and hosting a daily political comedy segment on The War Room with Michael Shure (2012).

He also runs Danger Pin Productions, LLC., and consults for athlete, fashion, and musician social media management & production company Lineage Interactive.
