Marcus B. Nash is a seasoned American actor based in Los Angeles, with a dynamic career spanning theater, television, and film. He began his journey in the performing arts studying Theater Arts in college and, following a significant hiatus, proudly completed his Associate of Arts degree in Theater Arts in 2023, an achievement inspired by the passing of his mother, Florida Ellis, in 2022.
Marcus has built a solid foundation in the theater, with standout performances in productions such as Othello, Open Admissions, and Brighton Beach Memoirs. In 2024, he earned acclaim for his portrayal of the Bartender in Joe Praml's The Trick, as well as for his role as Montrellous in the hit play Clyde's.
In the 1990s, Marcus became a recognizable presence on television, appearing in popular television series including Family Matters, ER, Homeboys in Outer Space, and Hang Time. His film work includes roles in High School High, Sunset Park, Studio, and Lord Help Us.
Most recently, Marcus appeared in Squid Game Season 3 and is featured in several upcoming short films: Get Real, A Song for My Father, No Mistakes, Counterfeit, and Tough Act.
Beyond his work in entertainment, Marcus is passionate about mentorship and youth sports development. He devotes time to coaching youth basketball and continues to write and develop new creative projects from his home in Los Angeles.
