Although Vanderpump Rules is preparing to move on from ‘Scandoval‘ with its rebooted Season 12, Lena Dunham isn’t quite ready to let go.

The Too Much creator recently shared her vision for a film based on the shocking affair between Tom Sandoval and Rachel Leviss that was unpacked during the Bravo reality show’s Season 10 reunion in 2023, as Sandoval’s estranged ex Ariana Madix had the chance to confront them both.

“We should basically create like a mini movie in which actors treat this as canon and get up and perform it with all the passion and virtuosity of Shakespeare,” said Dunham on the Shut Up Evan podcast. “I went so far as to abuse Andy Cohen‘s contact information to pitch him the idea.”

In a new promo, Lisa Vanderpump walks through her West Hollywood restaurant Sur and hangs up a “Help Wanted” sign outside the establishment.

On Season 2, Episode 2 of The Valley, Jax Taylor agreed to enter rehab after his friends told him that he needed help. Though he hasn’t been on the show, his presence was still felt. Brittany Cartwright shared the rage texts he sent to her from the facility with the cast.

Last week’s episode focused on the boys’ group chat and whether it went too far. This week was all about Jax’s rage texts. During the group trip to Santa Barbara, Jax was busy rage texting Brittany about her hook-up with his friend, Julian. He managed to have his phone with him in rehab. Instead of taking therapy seriously, he sent angry-filled texts to his estranged wife.

Jax has also called his friends while they were on the group trip. Understandably, everyone was confused as to why he was allowed to have his phone at the mental heatlh facility.

Katie Maloney has voiced strong opinions about Bravo’s decision to reboot Vanderpump Rules with a new cast. Speaking during an episode of Detox Retox, the podcast hosted by her former co-star and ex-husband Tom Schwartz, Maloney shared her reaction to the show’s new direction.

Filming is underway on Season 12, which features an entirely new group of restaurant staffers under the guidance of Lisa Vanderpump. Maloney, a core member of the original ensemble since the show’s 2013 debut, said she was ready to leave the series but remains attached to its origins.

“I was ready to walk away, but it doesn’t mean don’t care about our show and the legacy that we brought to it,” she said. The reboot, she explained, feels disconnected from what the cast built over more than a decade. “It feels cheap to me. And I don’t like cheap.”

The Bravo reality series is getting revamped with a whole new cast, and although Maloney was ready to move on from the show, she still has some thoughts she wanted to share about the house she helped build.

A new movie from Oscar winner and renowned Hollywood auteur Martin Scorsese has suddenly hit a wall, as the Writers Guild of America West (WGA) has now issued a ban on writers working on the project. The movie, titled Wall of White, will adapt the book by Jennifer Woodlief, "A Wall of White: The True Story of Heroism and Survival in the Face of a Deadly Avalanche,” and subsequent Netflix documentary, Buried: The 1982 Alpine Meadows Avalanche, into a feature film. Scorsese is on board as a producer alongside Randall Emmett, and it’s the involvement of the latter that has caused production trouble.

Wall of White is also being produced by low-budget action movie producer Randall Emmett alongside Scorsese, with Emmett also financing the movie through Convergence Entertainment Group. Due to Emmett’s involvement, the Writers Guild of America West has now “issued an advisory” that forbids members from working on the project.

Kristen Doute seemingly has one of the best years of her life, and The Valley Season 2 cameras will capture it all.

The former Vanderpump Rules star is engaged and expecting her first child with fellow co-star Luke Broderick. With so many positive things happening in her life, some are calling it, “The Year of Kristen.”

“Yes, I think it is the year for me [and] for us. It’s been a really good and very gracious and generous 2025 and 2024. Two great years!” Doute tells Deadline.

Doute is one of the Og stars of Vanderpump Rules and has lived the ups and downs of her life in front of cameras.

“I started filming Vanderpump in my 20s, and I’m in my 40s now,” she says. “So it has been a journey, for sure. I’m so excited to be filming, and I feel like I finally really come grown into myself.

Ahead of the premiere of the Vanderpump Rules spinoff reality TV series, Taylor opened up about what viewers can expect to see from him.

The Valley is back on Bravo, and Season 2 of the Vanderpump Rules spinoff will premiere on Tuesday, April 15, at 9 p.m. Et.

Back for the sophomore season are Danny & Nia Booko, Luke Broderick & Kristen Doute, Jason & Janet Caperna, Brittany Cartwright, Jasmine Goode, Jesse Lally, Michelle Saniei, Jax Taylor and Zack Wickham.

Joining the cast are Jasmine’s significant other Melissa Carelli, Michelle’s significant other Aaron Nosler, and Zack’s significant other Benji Quach.

Some familiar faces from Vanderpump Rules will appear in The Valley, including Lala Kent, Tom Schwartz, Scheana Shay, and her husband Brock Davies.

Bravo dropped the trailer for The Valley Season 2, showcasing Brittany and Jax’s split. The latter breaks down as he admits to having a problem and enters rehab. Kristen is pregnant and receives a marriage proposal from boyfriend Luke.

Jax Taylor, known as a villain on Vanderpump Rules and The Valley, marked 100 days of sobriety from alcohol this weekend.

Plus, he showed that he nears the same milestone for cocaine. The update came during speculation about his motivations, with Bravo critics wondering if his recent cocaine confession was timed for the upcoming season of The Valley.

Committed To Changing His Life?

Taylor’s admission of cocaine addiction came on the Hot Mic podcast. Many fans acknowledged his bravery in coming out about it. But, others thought the Bravo star was doing some damage control ahead of the next season. Brittany Cartwright, his ex, said that The Valley fans will see some intense scenes as they get to the point of divorce.

It seems that Jax Taylor is trying to get a grip on his life. In a recent Instagram update on March 7, he seemed to show that he’s committed to change.

Lala Kent has provided a positive update on her long-running custody battle with ex Randall Emmett.

The 34-year-old former Vanderpump Rules star and the 53-year-old producer welcomed their first, and only, child together, Ocean, in 2021, and later that year they split up.

During an Amazon live stream on Tuesday (March 4), Lala revealed that their custody battle has finally come to an end and they’ve reached an agreement.

On Thursday (January 9), the 34-year-old Vanderpump Rules alum revealed that she and her daughters Ocean, 3, and Sosa, 4 months, fled their L.A.-area home and went to Palm Springs due to the poor air quality caused by the multiple fires in Southern California.
