It's no secret the film, this time around, expands the human chain from three to a whopping 12 bodies. The official poster for Tom Six’s spine-curdling horror, The Human Centipede 2 has debuted online, and it’s not quite what it seems...

At first glance the poster appears quite normal, featuring the image of a spine against a black background. However, upon closer inspection it is revealed as human bodies twisting and conjoined at every orifice – nice.

While the BBFC banned Six’s follow-up from UK distribution, the film has had less restrictions across the pond.

The Us board of classification recently announced that the film would be released in cinemas nationwide, and last night the World Premiere took place at Fantastic Fest in Austin.

Making an appearance on the red carpet was director Six, and the cast, Emma Lock, Laurence R. Harvey, Maddi Black, Katherine Templar and Ashlynn Yennie.

The Human Centipede 2: Full Sequence will hit Us theatres on 7 October.
