Fire Country is enlisting another music star in an upcoming episode. Jelly Roll will guest star in Fire Country Season 3, Episode 17, "Fire and Ice," airing on CBS on April 11. The "Son of a Sinner" hitmaker plays Noah, a healthcare worker and former convict who is in the process of turning his life around. Noah works at Walter's (Jeff Fahey) facility and proves to be a great asset when Vince (Billy Burke) tries to keep a relationship with his father, but Walter's Alzheimer's and personality make that a hard task. Meanwhile, Station 42 responds to an emergency at a ski resort, according to the official logline below. CBS released images from the episode, previewing Roll's Fire Country debut and the ski resort accident that keeps the station on toes in a new environment.

Bob Fosse’s Dancin’ will return to Broadway this spring, 41 years after the original hit production left the stage.
The musical revival will begin previews at The Music Box Theatre on Thursday, March 2, 2023, with opening night set for Sunday, March 19. Producer Joey Parnes made the announcement today.
The production will be directed by Tony Award winner Wayne Cilento, a cast member of the original Broadway production, and produced in cooperation with Nicole Fosse.

ViacomCBS has revealed the 11 writers set to participate in its annual Writers Mentoring Program. The network announced Thursday its lineup of scribes, selected from a pool of over 1,600 applicants, with varying experiences and backgrounds.
The eight-month mentoring program will pair the selected writers with ViacomCBS executive mentors, who will help them create new content. After the mentorship period, the writers will partake in a 16-week workshop where they will learn the ins and outs of the television industry. During that mentorship period the writers will also have access to agents, executives, showrunners and producers.
“Our program focuses on professional growth by supporting emerging writers in their craft and providing opportunities to build relationships with Network executives and showrunners,” said Tiffany Smith-Anoa’i, Executive Vice President, Entertainment Diversity and Inclusion, Global Inclusion, ViacomCBS. “All of the participants from last year are now staffed on Network shows, including Mom, Bull, Magnum P.I....
