Fights are an anime staple, especially when considering the many shonen anime series. Fans of all ages love seeing the thrilling battles between two super-powered opponents. However, some of the best battles reach victory without violence. Instead, the characters use logic, cunning, or traps to win the day.
The best anime fights won with no violence are more thoughtfully planned. Since they can’t (or won’t) use their fists, they have to ensure that each move is perfect. One false move and their arguments or schemes could collapse. Plenty of anime characters are beloved for their brute strength, but it’s the ones who strategize who should be more lauded for their cunning.

When an anime protagonist is well-written and accomplishes incredible things, the community is bound to take notice and praise that character as one of the best leads in the medium. By now, anime has plenty of legendary protagonists, from Son Goku to Ash Ketchum and Naruto Uzumaki, and even antiheroes like Light Yagami. Still, there are many more anime protagonists who have plenty to offer but don't get much recognition for it.
Some of these underrated protagonists are due a little more credit, and some of them are due a lot more credit. Too often, they are underestimated or half-forgotten by the community, or get ignored in favor of a similar protagonist who's flashier and more prominent in the industry. However, if anime fans give these underated protagonists another look, they will realize how smart, noble, funny, or compelling these heroes actually are — or rather, how compelling they have always been.

Author Hirohiko Araki's hit shonen manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure has inspired a legendary anime, one packed with fan-favorite characters. Shonen fans can't get enough of heroes like the prankster Joseph Joestar, the stern Jotaro Kujo, and the punkish Josuke Higashikata. They're joined by a rich cast of "JoBros" like Speedwagon and Okuyasu who loyally follow them around. Sometimes, those JoBros are more like JoSisters. The series' female cast is rather small, but it does include some gems.
Each of the anime's six story arcs features at least one notable woman who helped shape the Joestars' adventures, and in the case of Stone Ocean, the heroine was the lead herself, Jolyne Cujoh. Some of these JoJo girls provided emotional or familial support for the main cast, and in other cases, they fought on the front lines with either Hamon or a Stand of their own. Shipping in fandom has been around for as long as fandom has existed. From the earliest examples of Star Trek slash fiction to the rise of Archive Of Our Own, there will always be that impulse for fans to want to see some of their favorites kiss. Shipping is something that also still manages to be controversial, despite usually being harmless, causing shipping wars on the internet that have several long form essays done about them on YouTube. Fandom is meant to be fun, and it always should be at the end of the day, so shipping wars are definitely something that runs counter to the idea of actually enjoying fandom spaces.

Tragic anime deaths invoke empathy from viewers and leave a lasting impact, especially when they happen to well-developed characters, such as L from Death Note. Anime doesn't hesitate to build emotional connections with viewers, even if it means killing off beloved characters, like Oscar from The Rose of Versailles. The deaths of beloved anime characters can be shocking, tear-jerking, or a combination of both, remaining etched in viewers' minds.
The saddest anime deaths stick with viewers long after the final credits roll. An immersive story with well-written characters allows audiences to build empathy, from cheering those characters on or feeling devastated when something bad happens to them. When characters die in tragic or unexpected ways, that empathy response is triggered tenfold, even when the death makes sense in a character's narrative arc.

In Persona 5 Tactica, the gameplay has been updated and changed from previous installations, and one of these changes was in the skill trees. As in many games, choosing the right skills for different characters is important as it determines how you play the game. Persona 5 Tactica utilizes turn-based battle gameplay, meaning each move matters and skills that affect those must be chosen carefully.
There are eight playable characters in Persona 5 Tactica, plus the support character of Futaba and a few characters that are only available from Dlc additions. Each character has unique skills and abilities, spread out on three different skill trees per character. Futaba’s skill tree differs from the others, but for everyone else, there is an Active Skill Tree, a Passive Skill Tree, and A Rebellious Resolve Skill Tree, which has the same skills but in different unlock order for each character.
Each Skill Tree can be reset at any time.

Unique Skills in Persona 5 Tactica are one of several features that are unique to each different playable character. During the battle, the voltage gauge will continuously fill, and unique skills can be used once full. Since each unique skill is special to its character, it will have varying effects and should be planned accordingly.
To raise the Voltage Meter, your character must either deal damage or take damage. Note that this meter is shared between the parties, so using it will use it up for everyone, not each character. Additionally, each party member's Unique Skill can be improved, increasing its effect.

When talking about powerful anime characters, the big names that always get dropped are Goku, Ichigo, Naruto, and Luffy. Unsurprisingly, male anime characters are associated with "power" and eviscerating their enemies with energy blasts. It is easy to forget that there are also plenty of equally ripped and powerful anime women who could give the men a run for their money in the power rankings.
From cybernetic police officers to goddesses, some of anime's heaviest hitters are female. Characters across all genres have proven their mettle in battle. That power can be physical, magical, or technological. The more damage these girls and women have dealt, the more they have solidified themselves as some of the strongest female anime characters.

Persona 5 Tactica offers a fresh take on the classic franchise by Atlus, with a different narrative and gameplay style influenced by Mario + Rabbids: Sparks of Hope. The game allows players to freely move within small areas on preestablished maps, giving them more flexibility in developing strategies while retaining tactical value. While the gameplay differences between characters in terms of combat style are currently limited, the enticing story and charismatic Phantom Thieves help guide the narrative and maintain the traditional visual novel feeling of the original Persona 5.
Although weeks away, the upcoming release date for Persona 5 Tactica is exciting news for fans of the classic franchise by Atlus. In the game, players will be able to slightly revisit the experience provided by fan-favorite and award-winning RPG Persona 5. However, this happens from a different lens, both in terms of narrative and gameplay, as the new title offers a fresh dive into the critically acclaimed game.

As its name implies, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a uniquely bizarre anime series, defined by its distinct art style, original characters, and surprisingly creative stories and settings. With each part of the series following a different generation, the story never gets stale, constantly evolving and surprising fans with new ideas.
With the JoJo series including a colorful cast of different characters, viewers are bound to relate to some more than others. But when trying to identify with a character, an appealing option is to resort to one's zodiac sign. These may not be the characters' original signs, but they certainly make for excellent representations thereof.
Aries: Lisa Lisa
Perhaps the most salient trait of the Aries is courage, which Lisa Lisa unquestionably possesses, keeping a brave face even in the direst of situations. Much like the bold leader of the zodiac, she too trains and leads Ripple users with undisputed authority.
