Biography

    • Rob Schmidt has worked as a full-time freelance writer since 1993. He's written hundreds of computer and business articles, political and social essays, and his first book, The National Jobline Directory (Bob Adams, Inc., 1994).

      As a writer in the Indian and gaming fields, he has written for Casino Journal, Indian Gaming Business, and Indian Country Today. He also works part-time on Pechanga.net, the Internet news source. He's a regular contributor to other websites and forums, including NativeCelebs and Native News Online.

      As the owner and operator of Blue Corn Comics, Rob publishes Peace Party, a multicultural comic book featuring Native Americans. Other work related to Peace Party includes essays, short stories, and cartoons. He's also working on screenplays, novels, and other creative projects.
