Last night, Fox released the new promo/spoiler clip (below) for their upcoming "Bones" episode 19 of season 9, and it appears to be quite interesting and dramatic as a billionaire's death will set up a whirlwind of madness, and more. The episode is titled, "The Turn In The Urn." In the new episode 19, Todd who is a wealthy artifact collector, will walk into his own funeral, prompting the Jeffersonian team to try to search for who the cremated remains at the funeral really belong to. The investigation is going to get very difficult when the team determines that there are three sets of remains in the urn. In the meantime, Francis is going to enjoy his newfound wealth from his hot sauce venture with Hodgins. However, he will be heartbroken when Michelle delivers awful news to him. A road trip between lifelong friends goes violently awry in two trailers for Scenic Route. Josh Duhamel and Dan Fogler star as Mitchell and Carter, two friends who take a road trip to reconnect, when they get stranded on a desert road. As the sweltering heat begins to take its toll, these former buddies violently confront the decisions that lead up to this trip. We also have the first poster from this upcoming thriller, directed by Kevin Goetz and Michael Goetz, hitting theaters nationwide August 23.

Writer Kyle Killen has been garnering attention over the last few years both in film and television. His two television series, Lone Star and Awake, despite being short lived, garnered critical praise, praise which carried over into his feature film writing debut, 2011′s The Beaver. This has left many interested in seeing what Killen chooses to pursue next, which turned out to be another feature film. Titled Scenic Route, the film is directed by the duo of Kevin Goetz and Michael Goetz, making their feature film directorial debut, and stars Josh Duhamel, Dan Fogler, Miracle Laurie, and Christie Burson. The first trailer for the film, set to premiere at the 2013 SXSW Festival, has now been released, and can be seen below.

Mike Adams (Carlos Lacamara) introduces them to Eric's (Andre Kincaid) grandfather, Mr Mitchell (Antonio Fargas). Eric was already dead before the fire reached him and so Mike suspects he was murdered. Gillian says Tom Clayton, the lieutenant (Brad Beyer) should question the men instead of them. There is murder, extortion and double dealings in Breaking Glass Picture's upcoming feature - iCrime. Sara Fletcher stars as Carrie a young woman out to defend her sister, Stefy (Kelly Noonan), who has lost an "old sex tape" (Breaking Glass). Along the way, she must uncover an internet fraud, while maintaining her heartbeat in a world of deception and brutality known as Hollywood.

Breaking Glass Pictures will release this title on DVD this September and the early poster art for the film warns viewers that cyberspace is a place where truth is sometimes lost. Highlights from the 11th Annual Phoenix Film Festival Part Deux By Ray Schillaci

As mentioned before, there were so many good films to choose from at the Phoenix Film Festival, dubbed the friendliest film festival to independent filmmakers, that it was extremely hard to catch them all. There are four specific films I will attempt to get screeners of and give a review later next week. From what I’ve heard, you’ll want to hear about them.

Unfortunately, I missed the much talked about documentaries, “Thespians” and “Wild Horse, Wild Ride”. “Thespians” is an involving tale of four acting troupes competing in the largest high school competition in the world and I heard that it did bring some grown men to tears.

Brian Skiba’s latest crime thriller, Dirty Little Trick starring Dean Cain (Lois and Clark/Best Man) and Christie Burson with Michael Madsen (Kill Bill/Reservoir Dogs) has just wrapped production in Phoenix, Az., and we’ve been sent yet more exclusive pictures from the set, along with the World Exclusive first look at the teaser trailer:
