What Happens to Noor in ‘The Night Agent’?
Image
Warning: Spoilers for The Night Agent Season 2.

As one of the most watched Netflix series ever, The Night Agent continues to amass quite a following. The first season premiered in March 2023 and immediately shot to the top of the platform’s viewing charts. When its second season arrived in January 2025, it once again dominated Netflix’s Top Ten list. The series follows a low-level FBI agent named Peter Sutherland (Gabriel Basso) who initially begins the show answering a phone in the basement of the White House. Strictly designated for the highly classified counterintelligence program in the FBI known as Night Action, the phone never rings. At least, it never has the entire time Peter has manned the phone. All that changes in Season 1. What follows ultimately thrusts Peter even deeper into the world of Night Action as he unravels a massive conspiracy involving the vice president and the president’s chief of staff.

'The Night Agent' Season 2 is Streaming on Netflix Now
Image
After a near-two year wait, The Night Agent is back on Netflix and already shooting up a storm with critics. The original season was released in May 2023, and the political action thriller took just a few weeks to become one of Netflix’s biggest shows, although it did not completely impress with its 74% Tomatometer score. This time around, creator Shawn Ryan has upped the ante, and it seems the lengthy wait has proven to be worth it.

The Night Agent is based on the Matthew Quirk novel of the same name, and focuses on FBI agent Peter Sutherland, played by Gabriel Basso, who is confined to the basement of the White House manning a phone that never rings. However, when he does get a call one night, he finds himself being thown into a dark and dangerous conspiracy that goes all the way to the Oval Office. Season 2 finds Peter...

Mayans M.C. Co-Creator's Prison Break Reboot Gets an Exciting Update
Image
Hulu's preparing to spend some time behind the walls with a planned reboot of the hit series Prison Break. A new take on the show, this one from Elgin James, has just taken a major step forward toward becoming a reality.

Per Deadline, Hulu has officially ordered a pilot for the Prison Break reboot. Should the streamer be satisfied with the pilot, a series order will be next. The project comes from James, known for co-creating FX's Sons of Anarchy spinoff series, Mayans M.C., as well as the BBC/Prime Video series The Outlaws. The potential spinoff with James was first reported to be in early development last year, and finally getting its pilot order follows the original Prison Break recently getting a resurgence in viewership on Netflix after a 2-year hiatus on that platform.

Hit Fox drama Prison Break has enjoyed an unexpected climb of more than 100% on streaming platform Netflix, seven years after its divisive revival season. Debuting on Fox in 2005, the show starred Wentworth Miller as Michael Schofield, a young man who is deliberately imprisoned in order to break out his brother, Death Row inmate Lincoln Burrows (played by Dominic Purcell), before his execution for a crime he didn't commit. According to reports in Deadline, Prison Break has raced to the top spot of the Nielsen overall streaming list, after finding a new lease of life on Netflix. A successful run saw the series soar 111% from the previous week, after it landed on the streaming giant after seven years off the air.

There are a plethora of really shitty movies based on video games being released each year. None of them holding a candle to the source material it is based on. However each and every time I get suckered in because I want to be impressed by these attempts, as a movie fan and a gamer I need to be impressed. And let’s be honest, the premise of the Dead Rising games is just about absurd enough to work as a movie and with this being the second outing well have they learnt.

Then there are ones that are crazy enough to not take themselves too seriously and just go for the crazy, and they catch me. Evil Feed is a film that mixes mixed martial arts, cannibalism and sex together in an orgy of cult sensationalism that refuses to let me hate it; I loved every minute of it.

When their friends disappear a group of martial artists are forced to infiltrate a Chinese restaurant where the menu is not exactly what it seems. With a fighting club being used to provide the meat for the dishes and the house...
