Snag a Piece of Memorabilia From Bone Dry
I have to confess to having not yet seen the Lance Henricksen thriller Bone Dry from 2007. I haven't avoided it intentionally and even heard a few solid words about the low-budget thriller. If you're among the film's cadre of fans, director Brett A. Hart is giving you a chance to score a piece of memorabilia straight from it!

For those of you unfamiliar with the film: Eddie finds himself being forced at a gunpoint, by an unseen assailant, on a dark and brutal journey through the harsh terrain of the Mojave desert. His nemesis is Jimmy, a man with an aberrant agenda; armed with a rifle, a scope, walkie-talkies and a truck, he has organized a series of ambushes and mantraps designed to push Eddie to the limits of his humanity and beyond.

And from the images below, you'll see that the film's centerpiece revolves around the protagonist being stripped...

Will TV’s ‘Millennium’ Become a Movie?
Roland Emmerich is getting a lot of attention right now for his upcoming end-of-the-world-blow-absolutely-everything-up movie 2012. I’ll admit it, I’m a fan of Emmerich’s work, especially the ones in which he gives us unprecedented levels of destruction. Honestly, 2012 makes The Day After Tomorrow look like a warm up.

However, there was a television show that prophesied about the end of the world long before Emmerich planned the wanton destruction in 2012. The show was Millennium, created by The X-Files visionary Chris Carter. The show followed Frank Black (Lance Henrikson) as an ex- FBI agent with the ability to see into the minds of killers and track them down.

All this while dealing with the enigmatic Millennium group who tried to prevent the world from coming to an apocalyptic end in the year 2000 (hence the name). The show was pretty dark for its time but brilliant all the same. So brilliant it was inevitably canceled.

Millennium Movie Happening Without Chris Carter?
Chris Carter used to be a big moneymaker for 20th Century Fox, with The X-Files and its movie and his other series, Millennium. But now all those franchises are finished, so what does Fox plan to do with Carter? Throw him under the bus, of course. Well, it depends on your perspective, I guess, what exactly they're doing. Screen Rant is reporting on plans for an independent production company to make a Millennium movie, with the participation of star Lance Henriksen but not Carter. Screen Rant is speculating that Fox might not produce the film but will distribute it, letting them get around using Carter but using the rights to the franchise that they own. And there's even a director potentially lined up: Brett A. Hart, who is actually saying he'll make the thing for free. Of course Hart, smartly, is playing dumb on the whole thing-- either that or...

Is A Millennium Film On The Way?
News broke a few weeks ago that a film version of Chris Carter television show Millennium might be on the way. I’ve spent that time trying to gather some information on the project to see if fans will get to see the return of Lance Henriksen’s Frank Black character.

Millennium was a mid-to-late nineties show from the creator of The X-Files, Chris Carter, as a way of tackling darker stories that did not fit into the X-Files mold. Lance Henriksen starred as Frank Black, a profiler who has remarkable insight into the minds of killers and other demented souls. The show was like Michael Mann’s Manhunter crossed with Seven, by way of The X-Files. While it wasn’t a huge hit, it did acquire many loyal fans during its run and a campaign has been ongoing to try and get some closure on the series.

Lance Henriksen...
