The show, which began in South Korea, features celebrities singing songs while wearing costumes and face masks concealing their identities until they’re eliminated. Throughout the season, the contestants provide clues to try and help the judges and fans figure out who is under the mask.

This season includes the new costumed character Detective Lucky Duck, who will help panelists “uncover who’s behind each mask.”

During the episode, Top Four contestants Boogie Woogie, Mad Scientist Monster, Pearl, and Coral hit the stage for another performance.

While on stage, Boogie Woogie performed “Freedom! 90″ by George Michael.

The case of Detective Lucky Duck was finally quacked on Wednesday’s episode of Fox’s “The Masked Singer.” Taika Waititi was the latest celebrity to be revealed on Season 13 of Fox’s “The Masked Singer,” playing the mysterious character that had popped up all season long on the show to share clues about the competition’s costumed contestants.

Lucky Duck appeared at the end of this week’s semi-finals episode, and instead of letting the show’s panelists guess his identity, he unmasked himself. And it was a familiar face for one of the show’s panelists: Waititi is husband to the show’s Rita Ora.

“Semi-Finals Night” brought together the final five contestants standing: Group A’s Coral, Group B’s Pearl and Boogie Woogie and Group C’s Mad Scientist Monster.

The Killers kicked off a two-night stand at Forest Hills Stadium in Queens, New York, on Saturday night by honoring another band that played the same venue 60 years earlier.

“Some of you might know the history of the place,” Killers frontman Brandon Flowers told the crowd. “Obviously there were some amazing tennis matches that took place here. When we think about that historic Beatles performance at Shea Stadium, that was in 1965. But in 1964, 60 years ago, the Beatles did two nights here at Forest Hills. We thought that we would pay our respects.

The Killers, the iconic rock band established in Las Vegas in 2001, have embarked on the North American leg of their latest concert tour, Rebel Diamonds World Tour.

The band’s seventh major tour was structured in two segments: an initial leg in Europe with 17 shows, followed by a North American leg with 10. The European tour kicked off in Dublin, Ireland, at the 3Arena on June 12, 2024, and concluded on July 13 in Madrid. The Killers returned to the United States for the second phase of the tour, which started on August 3 at Lollapalooza.

This North American leg of the tour included a highly anticipated residency in Las Vegas and the band also headlined several prominent music festivals this summer, such as the New Orleans Jazz Festival, Boston Calling, and New York’s Governors Ball. The Las Vegas band just launched a special residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace featuring the original band lineup – Brandon Flowers (vocals), Dave Keuning (guitar), Mark Stoermer (bass) and Ronnie Vannucci Jr (drums).

The residency is celebrating the band’s 20th anniversary of their debut album Hot Fuss and their performing the record front to back for the first time ever.

“There was a great bar in New York City,” Fran Healy said in a statement. “It didn’t have a name but everyone called it Black and White on account of the black and white striped awning that hung over the entrance.

Scottish quartet Travis are back with “Raze the Bar,” the latest cut from their forthcoming album L.A. Times. This time, they’ve brought some friends along the way: Coldplay’s Chris Martin and The Killers’ Brandon Flowers.

The Killers will celebrate the 20th anniversary of their debut LP, Hot Fuss, by playing the album straight through at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in their hometown of Las Vegas. Eight nights are booked between August 14 through August 30. Tickets go on sale January 27.

American rock band The Killers issued an apology after controversial statements made during a concert in the Republic of Georgia.

The band is on a European tour that will last through early September. During their concert in Georgia, The Killers invited a Russian fan to come on stage and play drums, which the band considers a long-standing tradition.

During the bit, lead singer Brandon Flowers appeared to have called Georgians and Russians “brothers and sisters,” prompting a wave of boos and other crude remarks from the crowd though the rest of the show, with some getting up and leaving early.

The hostile response towards Flowers’ comments is largely due to the recent history between Russia and Georgia, particularly the Russo-Georgian war in 2008. Most of the Georgian population also supports Ukraine during the ongoing Russian-Ukrainian war.

On Tuesday, August 15th, the band was met with boos from a crowd in the country of Georgia for bringing out a Russian fan to play drums. On Tuesday, the “Mr. Brightside” band angered concertgoers in Georgia’s port city of Batumi after inviting a Russian member of the audience onstage the play drums during a song.

After asking the crowd to welcome the Russian fan like a “brother,” lead singer Brandon Flowers and the band received boos and jeers, and many walkouts from offended Georgians.

Georgia has long had a difficult relationship with Russia, which invaded the country in 2008, and currently occupies internationally recognized regions.

On Tuesday night, the band took to social media to apologize for offending fans, while attempting to clarify their intentions by the remarks.

“Good people of Georgia, it was never our intention to offend anyone!” the band said in the statement.

Amid the success of Kylie Minogue’s latest single “Padam Padam”, fans are very excited for her to get back on the road touring again.

The Aussie singer chatted to Et Canada’s Dallas Dixon about a possible upcoming tour, given she’s set to release her 16th studio album Tension in September.

After Minogue compared herself to a dog looking up at a plate of food with the hopes of getting some, Dixon then said: “Well, I’m going to take that as a yes.”

Minogue released her last album Disco in November 2020 amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

As Dixon mentioned Lizzo and Lady Gaga, Minogue responded, “Well, both of those for a start. Brandon Flowers has always been on my list, that would be amazing.

“I mean… as soon as I leave this building, I’m going to think of, ‘Oh, that person, that person.'”

The legendary British singer’s three-hour performance drew a near-50% audience share and becomes one of the most-watched TV shows of the year so far, according to Barb data from overnights.tv, just behind Happy Valley. Sir Elton John delivered his final performance in the UK on Sunday at the 2023 Glastonbury Music Festival as part of his ongoing “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour.

The 20-song set included fan favorites, live rarities, and several surprise guest appearances. To open the show, John performed his cover of The Who’s “Pinball Wizard” for the first time since 2009. From there, he treated the massive crowd to renditions of “The Bitch Is Back,” “Bennie and the Jets,” “Goodbye Yellow Brick Road,” and “I Guess That’s Why They Call It the Blues.”

The Killers have extended their 2022 Imploding The Mirage Tour into 2023. The tour supports their sixth and seventh studio albums, Imploding the Mirage (2020) and Pressure Machine (2021).

The band started its North American leg in Atlantic City, New Jersey on March 16, 2023, but will continue with dates in May, a European tour in August and festival appearances in September.

The Killers is an American rock band formed in 2001. Current members include lead vocalist Brandon Flowers, lead guitarist Dave Keuning, drummer Ronnie Vannucci Jr. and bassist Mark Stoermer.
