Florida Teen Convicted of Luring Boyfriend to Be Tortured, Shot and Burned to Death When She Was 15
A Florida teen accused of luring her boyfriend to his death in 2011 has been convicted of his murder in a retrial, People confirms. Wright's previous conviction was overturned because she had not been properly read her Miranda rights. Wright was just 15 herself when she lured Jackson to a Summerfield home where he was beaten, tortured, shot, and burned. Though Wright did not physically attack Jackson, prosecutors argued that she was just as guilty in his death.
