Fixer Upperstar Joanna Gainesjust took on an extremely personal renovation project in her solo series, Mini Reni. In a recent episode of the show, the HGTV celebrity renovated her parents’ outdoor patio that had remained underutilized for years. Gaines transformed the place into a multifunctional, temperature-controlled, glass-enclosed space for her parents, Nan and Jerry Stevens, to enjoy. While working on the project, Gaines expressed that the renovation was special for her because it allowed her to give back to her biggest supporters.

The reality star shared that she had always wanted to design something creative yet functional for her parents. While talking about the idea for the cozy space with People, Gaines revealed that it came to her during a lunch with her dad at her Waco restaurant, Magnolia Table. TV Host Bennett Dies
Popular British comedian and TV game show host Lennie Bennett has died, at the age of 70.

The star - real name Mike Berry - suffered a fall at his house in Blackpool, England and died at a nearby hospital on Wednesday night.

Bennett first found fame in the 1970s as a star of hit U.K. TV comedy show the Lennie and Jerry Show, alongside Jerry Stevens.

He achieved further success in the 1980s as the host of top-rated quiz shows Punchlines, Celebrity Squares and Lucky Ladders.
