Matthew Thomas is the co-creator and lead writer of Missed Call a five-part thriller set in the South of France that filmed summer 2025. Before this he'd written for shows such as Marcella, Agatha Raisin, New Tricks and The Last Detective. He also adapted six of the Rosamunde Pilcher stories into mini series starring a host of major UK actors including Eileen Atkins, Charles Dance, Harriet Walter, Jessie Buckley, Ian Glen and Daniel Sharman.
