She is half English, half Scottish and grew up in Edinburgh, London, New Zealand and Florida. She trained at the Central School of Speech & Drama, graduating in 2004. She is the daughter of former F1 racing driver John Campbell-Jones and great niece of stage and film actress Diana Churchill.
