Coachella 2025 is set to kick off later this afternoon, and with it, this year’s concert festival season is finally underway.

CAA has a clean sweep over this year’s headliners, as music industry directory Rostr’s annual Coachella breakdown shows, with the agency representing Lady Gaga, Green Day and Post Malone (its music division is run by partner Rob Light). Wasserman, however, is at the top of this year’s Coachella leaderboard overall, booking the most acts of all the agencies with 32 listed on the bill. (Rostr’s list doesn’t include Coachella’s ancillary music events such as the Do Lab).

CAA is in second-place with 28, UTA’s got 21 (though they had 23 before Anitta and Gel had to cancel their sets) along with with William Morris Endeavor, which also has 21 artists as Weezer came onto the bill last week with Wasserman’s Ed Sheeran.

The Misfits movie was a major disappointment with a low audience score and an even lower "Tomatometer" score on Rotten Tomatoes, starting a streak of poorly reviewed films for Pierce Brosnan. Despite being a Bond legacy, Brosnan's recent movies have trended badly on Rotten Tomatoes, with low critical scores, although audiences tend to like them more. Inspired by classic Saturday Morning Cartoons, Neca’s line of “Toony Terrors” toys keeps on getting bigger, and the company previews the upcoming Series 9 this week.

Neca previews, “Standing approximately 6 inches tall, the Series 9 action figure assortment includes the iconic The Fiend (mascot of The Misfits) with candelabra and potion bottle, Vincent Price with cat and skull accessories, Tarman (Return of the Living Dead), and M3GAN with paper cutter sword. Each comes in blister card packaging with a bonus cutout backdrop.”

The four brand new Series 9 toys join the “Toony Terrors” lineup in January 2024.

Neca will release “Toony Terrors” Series 8 this summer, which includes horror hosts Vampira and Svengoolie, plus the late Sid Haig’s Captain Spaulding from House of 1000 Corpses.
