Paul Rudd and Tim Robinson in Friendship (2024)
The Tim Robinson and Paul Rudd-led cult comedy Friendship is now available on Digital
Paul Rudd and Tim Robinson in Friendship (2024)
One of this year’s funniest comedies, Friendship, is available to rent or purchase on Digital! You can rent the Tim Robinson-led film for $19.99 or buy the feature digitally for $24.99 on Prime Video, Apple TV, and other video-on-demand platforms. If physical media is your poison, you can pre-purchase the movie on Blu-ray and DVD at participating retailers. The physical version of Friendship does not have a release date, but A24 should let us know when it’s coming to shelves soon.

Written and directed by Andrew DeYoung, the film stars Tim Robinson (I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson) and Paul Rudd (Ant-Man) in the story of a suburban dad (Robinson) who becomes hellbent on being BFFs with his charismatic new neighbor (Rudd). In his review, Chris Bumbray wrote that the film is, in addition to being very funny, “surprisingly nuanced about how hard it is to make friends as an adult male.

Paul Rudd and Tim Robinson in Friendship (2024)
JoBlo’s own Chris Bumbray had the chance to watch the comedy Friendship at the Toronto International Film Festival last year – and he loved it, giving it an 8/10 review that you can read at This Link. A24 picked up the distribution rights to the film back in September, and they’re planning to give it a theatrical release on May 9th (after screening it at SXSW in March). To start building the hype, A24 has just released a trailer for Friendship, and you can check it out in the embed above.

Pierce Brosnan in 'How to Make Love Like an Englishman' Trailer
"My life had completely changed - I had a wife, a baby, and a pretty good view. And then, everything went pear-shaped." A trailer has arrived for the romantic comedy How to Make Love Like an Englishman, starring Pierce Brosnan as "that" Englishman. Yep, he's still playing the super sexy guy. This film actually seems like the total opposite of Judd Apatow's Trainwreck - a still-a-bachelor, older studly guy must finally settle down when he has a baby with Jessica Alba, but then everything goes "pear-shaped" as he says. Plus - toss Salma Hayek in the mix. Warning - this is laugh-out-loud cheesy, especially the final line. Have fun! Here's the new trailer for Tom Vaughan's How to Make Love Like an Englishman, found on YouTube: A drama about a Cambridge poetry professor who begins to re-evaluate his life of Byronic excess. Starring Jessica Alba, Salma Hayek, Pierce Brosnan,...

Mad Men (2007)
Review: 'Mad Men' - 'Field Trip'
Mad Men (2007)
A review of tonight's "Mad Men" coming up just as soon as I milk the wrong udder... "I wish it was yesterday." -Bobby Though it's Betty who goes on the field trip that provides this week's title, Don has time to take two different trips over the course of the episode. And none of the three journeys end up the way the traveler envisioned them. In the first, Don goes to Los Angeles — mid-week, because what else does he have going on? — at the behest of Megan's agent to get her to stop badgering directors while they're trying to enjoy lunch with Rod Serling. He thinks he's going to rescue her career, and instead he ends up almost killing his marriage. In the second, Betty — having recently told her old pal Francine that she still believes, in her old-fashioned way, that the reward for raising kids should be the kids themselves,...
