Samantha Sealey

Samantha Sealey is an accomplished Line Producer and Production Manager with close to 20 years experience in the television industry. She started her career in the heart of London, including training at the BBC's specialist factual and commissioning department and making documentaries for the likes of Discovery Channel before heading down under.

Sam has since been in Australia for 15 years working on shows such as award-winning documentary series' Murder In the Outback and Getting Frank Gehry and other series such as Top Gear, Better Homes and Gardens, Julia Zemiro's Home Delivery, Shaun Micallef's On The Sauce, Kids on Speed and many more.

After two years working at Disney and ESPN Sam moved onto her most enjoyable and challenging series yet - an 8 x 60 travel/adventure show for Netflix - Extreme Engagement - charting the journey of an engaged couple as they traveled around the world to far flung places undergoing tribal marriage rituals. The series was the first Australian factual commission and Sam was instrumental in the pitch process through to final delivery.

Sam has most recently finished a political feature documentary Big Deal, a four part documentary series for Amazon entitled Head Above Water, a 16x60 for Nat Geo "Inside Taronga Zoo" and a feature documentary biopic about iconic conductor Simone Young which will be screened at festivals around the world.
