The actress just dropped the new version of the classic Christmas track “Jingle Bell Rock” after she performed it in that famous “Mean Girls” scene 18 years ago.

The song is taken off Lohan’s upcoming holiday flick “Falling for Christmas” and is her first song since 2020’s “Back to Me”.

In an interview with Netflix’s in-house website Tudum, Lohan talked about what drew her to the film.

“It’s such a refreshing, heartwarming romantic comedy and I miss doing those kinds of movies,” she says.

The actress describes her character Sierra as “extravagant, temperamental, glamorous.”

In August 2013, Lohan sat down with Oprah for her first tell-all interview post-rehab after spending three months in a rehab facility that appeared to be her most effective rehab stint yet.
