The BachelorSeason 29 lead Grant Ellisis officially engaged to Juliana Pasquarosa, and the ring he proposed with was the star of the finale. Lane explained that the contemporary design of the piece was inspired by 1920s and 1930s Art Deco aesthetics, with a modern twist. The HBO series won the award for Best TV Series – Drama at the 2024 Golden Globe Awards held at the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday (January 7) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

ABC’s first Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner wed Theresa Nist Thursday on a live ABC telecast, with former Bachelor Nation couples and contestants in attendance at the California desert nuptials.

Turner choked up as Nist walked down the aisle in her designer gown. An effervescent Susan Noles, who competed for Turner’s love on The Golden Bachelor, officiated the ceremony.

“I stood in front of you and started to feel something I didn’t expect to feel,” said Nist of that first day on The Golden Bachelor. “I witnessed you being the most wonderful, kind and sensitive human being. I grew to love you.”

“When I think of all the decisions we have made to be in this position tonight, the hand of God and the winds of fate have ordained this moment,” said Turner. “I learned you are the woman I can’t live without.”

Love was clearly in the air during ABC’s The Golden Wedding live televised special as Bachelor Nation standouts Brayden Bowers and Christina Mandrell got engaged in the lead-up to Gerry Turner and Theresa Nist’s nuptials.

Bowers, who competed for Charity Lawson’s affections during The Bachelorette season 20 before failing to find lasting romance throughout the latest run of Bachelor in Paradise, proposed live to Mandrell, who appeared on Zach Shallcross’ season 27 of The Bachelor. The pair had just discussed with franchise host Jesse Palmer that they were about to move in together in Nashville after Mandrell reached out to Bowers via Instagram following his return from filming Bachelor in Paradise. Katie Thurston’s reign as “The Bachelorette” has come to an end. During Monday’s three-hour finale, Katie walked away engaged to Blake Moynes.

But the path to engagement was less than smooth. Viewers last saw the Season 17 lead locked in the bathroom on the heels of her breakup with former front-runner Greg Grippo. The two exchanged a heated (and controversial) split during the penultimate episode, which left her with two finalists: now-fiancé Blake and Justin Glaze.
