Previous on That's Amore! – Missy broke a statue and Rebecca cried, so they got sent home. Girl Ashley was eliminated, then came back to try to start a fight, to no avail. After just three episodes, 10 women have been eliminated.
Despite Girl Ashley asking Christina to destroy Talor upon her loud exit, Talor is trying to be friends with Christina, bonding over their mutual skinniness and large bust lines. Seriously, this is Talor's idea of friendship.
All the girls except Megan go to hang out with Ashley McNeely, who is apparently living in an Rv in the mansion's driveway. Also, Domenico Nesci has influenced his friend's taste in swimwear, because Ashley is sporting a blue Speedo. They discuss theology, and Christina calls Kathleen out on not knowing what her own beliefs are.
Domenico invites the girls to dinner, so they meet up in the foyer (which Megan pronounces phonetically). They...

Previously on That's Amore! – Love got sick and had to go before spreading the plague to the rest of the women (they already have enough diseases to worry about, I imagine). Talor's ass was better than Jessica's, so Jessica was also sent home. Kim and Missy hazed Rebecca until she cried, then they did it some more.
While the other girls are at breakfast, Talor sneaks into Domenico Nesci's bed for some private cuddling. The girls get their pizza deliver and they are informed about yet another food-themed challenge, this one involving live chickens that Ashley McNeely is tending to. The chickens are for dinner, and Rebecca is already crying about it.
The ladies come down in French maid outfits for no reason whatsoever. Domenico is hungry for some chicken parm. Damn, that is probably my favorite food, and surely That's Amore will turn me off it forever.

Previously on That's Amore!: Domenico Nesci acted like the love child of Roberto Benigni and Super Mario. Ashley McNeely continued to have an allergy to sleeves. And Kim stepped forward as the Queen Bee-yotch of the show.
Boy Ashley wakes Domenico up, and I'm stunned his pajamas have sleeves. The two men decide to make breakfast for the ladies. The show revisits the blondes vs. brunettes rivalry in the house. Domenico takes virginal Kathleen aside for a smooch. Boy Ashley gives a nice speech about trying to find love for his Bff, which makes Rebecca cry. Kim hates this. Also, is it just me, or is Boy Ashley more appealing on this show than the guy the girls are trying to fall in love with?
This challenge puts the blondes against the brunettes by making pizza on their heads, and Missy says that her carpet matches the drapes,...

MTV 'Tequila' spinoff rides ratings wave
After taking A Shot at Love, MTV is now saying, That's Amore.
The channel has greenlighted a spinoff of its hit reality competition series "A Shot at Love With Tila Tequila," which ended its run at 10 p.m. Tuesday with a whopping 6.2 million total viewers tuning in to make it MTV's most-watched series telecast.
The spinoff series, which will include six hourlong episodes and a reunion special, will feature popular Shot at Love contestant Domenico Nesci, who was born and raised in Milan. Nesci will be looking for an "American sweetheart" from among 15 bachelorettes who will vie to win his heart and travel to Italy to meet his mother.
Amore, exec produced by SallyAnn Salsano for 495 Prods., is scheduled to air at 10 p.m. Sundays starting March 2.
"Domenico really started popping for us, and we started talking to SallyAnn about putting together a reel of highlights of him," said Tony DiSanto, executive vp series development and programming. "We realized we had a great show there."
Amore falls in line with MTV's strategy of fast-tracking production and building on hit series with spinoffs. The game plan was put into place this year by DiSanto as part of a new structure and creative direction for the series development and programming group, which was organized into three divisions: series development, series production content programming and strategy.
The strategy also includes an emphasis on turning series finales into event programming, like with the recent live The Hills finale, and creating original specials for the weekend, such as the recent Legally Blonde on Broadway and the upcoming "24 Hours of Jackass". Also key to MTV's strategy is experimenting with new formats (as with competition series), handing out "supersized" series orders (for example, Hills received an 18-episode order for Season 3) and expanding to hourlong series (Shot at Love, Making the Band). The network also has ramped up development, inking first-look deals with Jamie Foxx, Ken Mok and Joel Gallen.
