Herlihy, Mia Katigbak, Elia Monte-Brown, Bobby Plasencia and Jon Norman Schneider in the cast. Les Waters was director. Dane Laffrey was scenic designer. Jessica Pabst was costume designer. Brian H. Scott was lighting designer. Christian Frederickson was sound designer. Paul Mills Holmes was production stage manager. Lindsay Eberly was assistant stage manager. Amy Wegener was Dramaturge.
