Born in Pinar del Rio, Cuba on the 20/09/1989 she graduated from the
Vocational Art School Raul Sanchez (EVA), majored in music (2003- 2004)
and graduated from The National Scenic Arts School (ENA) in 2008-2009.
She attended several courses by director Gerardo Chijona (EICTV) She
had a lead role in several shorts, including award winning Tio Facundo
by director Alejandro Cachoua (2008) She finds herself very much at
ease on stage, as she demonstrated when she was a member of the theater
group Buendia, with lead roles in Woyzeck (directed by Flora Lauten)
and Vacas, directed by Miguel Abreu. Although modeling is not her main
focus, In-between projects she has worked as a model in published
magazines, such as Dolce Pink, Perfil, Mujeres and digital magazines
such as Fashion Life. Among other commercial jobs we can see her as
lead in a TV ad for Sony Ericsson. Not a stranger to TV series she has
had lead roles in La vida según Nicolás. Ernesto Fiallo. Cuento. (2008)
and more recently La Foto by Jorge Calderon. Her feature debut was a
lead role in the award winning film, La Piscina (2011), a piece by
director Carlos Machado Quintela, which participated at the Berlin
International Film Festival 2013 and won best opera prima at the Miami
International Film Festival 2013.
