Telly Award Winner, Patricia A. Tone, is a Houston, TX native. Now with Stone Tone Entertainment, Patricia grew up with a creative eye at an early age. Patricia always had an eye for art and an ear for music. She began acting in plays at the tender age of four. In high school, she won top awards for her acting abilities as Vice President of the Speech and Drama Club.
After high school, Patricia packed her bags and moved to Los Angeles where she began doing stand up comedy while working as a Cosmetologist. She then enrolled in directing/producing classes at the local cable access stations where she produced and directed comedy shows for the channel.
With a love of film and television, Patricia still never really thought of herself as a director until she decided to go back to college and get a BA degree in Television, Film and Media Studies, as well as, a Master's of Fine Arts degree in 2017.
While in school Patricia gathered some of her stand-up comedy friends and created/wrote/produced/directed "The Rodney Perry Show" (celebrity-based internet talk show). She then ventured further and wrote/produced/directed/edited some short films: "From the 9th Ward" and "The Recession". She released a documentary short entitled, "Pull 'Em Up Project 2012" with the infamous Mooney Twins and various other independent projects.
She is now working on Tuning In With Tone - Reviews: Film & Television (2021 - present).
