Following a poster released earlier this week featuring Grant Gustin's Barry Allen in his full superhero attire, The CW has premiered yet another poster for The Flash, this time showcasing the nefarious Reverse Flash's full costume. As you know by now, Tom Cavanagh's Harrison Wells was revealed as the Reverse Flash earlier this season, the mysterious yellow-clad villain who killed Barry Allen's mother when he was just a child. The extended trailer that debuted this week teased that Barry is travelling back in time to find Reverse Flash in next week's episode "Out of Time".
Next week's "Out of Time" will also introduce fans to Mark Mardon aka The Weather Wizard (guest star Liam McIntyre), who appears in Central City intent on avenging his brother Clyde's death, and sets his sights on Joe (Jesse L. Martin), who shot Clyde. When Mardon attacks Joe and Barry (Grant Gustin), Barry...

In the DC comics, Barry Allen has often gone on time travel adventures, and the sci-fi trope has always been a constant part of The Flash mythology. Many fans have wondered when The CW series will go down this road. Well, they don't have to wonder any longer, as executive producer Andrew Kreisberg confirms that it will happen in the second half of this first season, which is set to return this week with Revenge of the Rogues, debuting on January 20.
The first elements of time travel will be introduced in Episode 15, set to premiere on February 24. It will mark Spartacus star Liam McIntyre's first turn as the Weather Wizard. He will be on a quest to avenge his brother's death, which was depicted in the pilot episode City of Heroes. Speaking with TVLine, Andrew Kreisberg revealed:
"There's an unexpected, accidental time travel coming up. And it is played both for hilarity and darkness.

With The Flash set to return later this month from its holiday hiatus, The CW series has added yet another new guest star, with Liam McIntyre (Spartacus) signing on to play Mark Mardon, a.k.a. The Weather Wizard. Fans may recall that, in the Pilot episode, Mark's brother Clyde Mardon (Chad Rook) appeared as The Weather Wizard. Mark Mardon will appear in the 15th episode and 16th episode of the season, using the same sort of weather-controlling abilities as Clyde, to find the man who killed his brother, Detective Joe West (Jesse L. Martin).
The 16th episode, entitled Rogue Time, will also feature two more sibling guest appearances. We reported in December that both Lisa Snart (Peyton List), the sister of Captain Cold/Leonard Snart (Wentworth Miller) and Dante Ramon (Nicholas Gonzalez), older brother of Cisco Ramon (Carlos Valdes), will be appearing in Rogue Time, although it still isn't...
