Biography

5′ 4″ (1.63 m)

Half Russian and raised in Ithaca, New York, Dasha was performing for her family of Ph.Ds well before they could seduce her into the world of academia, even though she at one time considered a career in astronomy and physics. Many years with the Ithaca Ballet Company and two years at Walnut Hill School for the Performing Arts provided solid training, but it was only while earning her BFA at NYU's Meisner Extension that she found a grounding sense of honesty in her process and performance. Dasha has been a lead performer for several years with Delusion the interactive theatre company as well as working with immersive companies ABC Interactive and Sinister Pointe productions. She also supplements her income by working as a makeup artist for film.
