Getting to the truth is harder than ever on Apple TV+’s The Morning Show season four. The teaser shows Alex saying, “We have to question everything that we see and we hear, now more than ever.” Meanwhile, Chip needs dirt on someone, while Cory suggests it’s alway nice to get someone else to do your dirty work. Sounds like we’re in for a very juicy season.
Reese Witherspoon and Jennifer Aniston lead a cast that includes Billy Crudup, Karen Pittman, Nicole Beharie, Nestor Carbonell, Mark Duplass, and Greta Lee. Marion Cotillard, Jeremy Irons, Aaron Pierre, William Jackson Harper, Boyd Holbrook, and Jon Hamm also star in season four.

“The Morning Show” is back this fall, and from the looks of the new teaser, things are going to get even more intense. Season 4 of the Apple TV+ drama drops on September 17, and this time it’s all about artificial intelligence, deepfakes, and the blurred lines between truth and lies.
The show has always pulled from real-world events, and this season is no different. Past seasons tackled the pandemic and the January 6 insurrection. Now, AI takes the spotlight, raising some big questions about what’s real and who can be trusted. The official logline from Apple says the Uba and Nbn networks have finished their merger, and now the team has to deal with “newfound responsibility, hidden motives and the elusive nature of truth in a polarized America.” It also warns of “deepfakes, conspiracy theories and corporate cover-ups.”
In the teaser, Jennifer Aniston’s Alex walks along a row of windows.

After two years Apple TV+’s flagship series “The Morning Show” will return to the streamer this September, and this time Bradley Jackson (Reese Witherspoon) and Alex Levy (Jennifer Aniston) are facing heightened responsibilities and scrutiny from the public.
The fourth season, which was delayed by SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes in 2023, jumps ahead two years to take place in spring 2024. The Uba-nbn merger was finalized after Alex successfully usurped her tech billionaire love interest, Paul Marks (Jon Hamm), and blocked his potential acquisition of the network. Now, the newsroom faces a new challenge in appealing to the public as truth is constantly in question and the country is more polarized than ever.
“We have to question everything we see and we hear now more than ever,” Aniston said in the Season 4 teaser.

Exclusive: A sought after drama project from The Loudest Voice co-creator Alex Metcalf has landed at HBO for development. Titled Baby Queen, it is based on the upcoming debut novel of the same name by southern crime fiction writer Ty Landers. Apple TV+ has ordered a new drama series, and you won't believe who is set to star in it. It's titled The Dealer, and we shared everything there is to know about this upcoming show right below.
Let's be honest. Apple TV+ has some pretty solid shows, but the streaming service does a bad job at promoting its content. However, we've seen some shows like Ted Lasso and Severance break through the clutter and capture widespread attention. We're hoping this new Apple TV+ series gets the same kind of buzz. With two well-known, award-winning actors leading the show, it has all the potential to draw in a wide audience and become the next breakout hit.
Media Res is the production company behind The Dealer. This company is also behind other Apple TV+ series like The Morning Show, Pachinko and Extrapolations. Lucas Hnath is signed on to write the scripts for...

It’s taken Ben Stiller 35 years to return in a lead role for TV, but the multihyphenate filmmaker is officially back on the small screen.
Stiller, who infamously left “Saturday Night Live” after only a few episodes to create his own 1990 sketch series “The Ben Stiller Show,” is set to lead HBO series “The Band,” which is currently in development at the network, an individual with knowledge told IndieWire. This will be Stiller’s first lead role in a narrative scripted series, though he previously had cameos in “Arrested Development” and “Curb Your Enthusiasm.”
Of course, Stiller has more recently been a TV staple behind the scenes: the writer/director/producer is the executive producer and director of “Severance.” He also helmed true crime series “Escape from Dannemora.”

Thomas Vinterberg is the guest of honor at Sweden’s Göteborg Film Festival where, this evening, he hosted a screening of his second feature Festen.
Directed by Vinterberg from a screenplay he co-wrote with Mogens Rukov, Festen debuted 26-year-ago in Cannes and famously launched, along with Lars von Trier’s The Idiots, the avant-garde Dogme 95 film movement.
“It was like a strike of enlightenment,” Vinterberg said of the launch of Dogme, which called on filmmakers to discard the modern trinkets of contemporary filmmaking for a stripped-back, traditional approach to cinema. The Danish filmmaker was in conversation this evening with Göteborg festival head Pia Lundberg.
However, Vinterberg said the journey to being accepted as a Dogme filmmaker wasn’t as smooth as the legend has it.
