In 2009 a group of independent filmmakers embarked upon an epic challenge: to create a work that reflects and relates to those pieces of art that had influenced their individual and collective lives. The result was Birth of Separation, and on December 14th we'll all have a chance to see the film as it has just been picked up for distribution by Indieflix.

Beginning Tuesday, December 14, Birth of Separation (review here) will be available for DVD purchase and Video on Demand rental.
In conjunction with the global release of the film by acclaimed independent film distribution outlet Indieflix, Birth of Separation will be screened as the feature presentation of the New Filmmaker's Screening Series at the Anthology Film Archive in New York City on December 15th. The filmmakers will be in attendance and available for discussion following the screening.
