At the Solo Leveling For Your Consideration (FYC) screening hosted by Crunchyroll on April 30, 2025, Aniplex producer Sota Furuhashi jokingly suggested waiting until the next Olympics in 2028 to see what will happen with Season 3 of the anime.
The panel featured key figures involved with the anime, including Furuhashi, Atsushi Kaneko, Kanako Takahashi, Aleks Le (English voice actor for Sung Jinwoo), and Michelle Rojas (English voice actor for Cha Hae-in). The discussion was moderated by Raquel Harris of TheWrap.
When asked about Solo Leveling Season 3, Furuhashi noted the significant workload involved in the first two seasons of the anime, stating that a staggering 220,000 frames of animation were created between Solo Leveling Season 1 and Season 2.
Due to this effort, Furuhashi joked that if it were up to him, then he would wait until the next Olympics to see what will happen with Solo Leveling Season 3.

Bravery isn't an uncommon trait in Solo Leveling characters. Most of these characters are placed in frightful situations often, but they still stand up to them, anyway. Despite the danger, they keep engaging with risks because the rewards may be worth it, and it's something they have to do. As such, picking out who the bravest characters in the series can be very difficult. There isn't a character who doesn't face some sort of trouble that plagues them. Still, some of these characters stand in defiance of greater odds than others.
Few S-rank hunters are on this list. While they do brave actions and put themselves in danger, S-ranks are better equipped for it than almost any other character. These hunters have well-earned confidence in themselves. The anime has yet to put most S-rank hunters when they can't be sure of themselves. The Jeju Island flashbacks do hint at the...

Solo Leveling is one of the biggest surprises in recent years. Although manhwa adaptations have been growing in popularity, Solo Leveling's incredible first season set a new standard. The series was licensed by Crunchyroll for an anime produced by A-1 Pictures, a subsidiary of Aniplex with an impressive portfolio including classics like Sword Art Online, Black Butler, and Blue Exorcist. What resulted was a smash-hit battle shnen nobody saw coming. Anticipation for its second season has been high as many fans are wondering what to expect.
Not long ago, the second season of Solo Leveling was teased in a trailer for Solo Leveling -ReAwakening-. Now, there's an even bigger development for our hero Jinwoo. A 45-second trailer for Solo Leveling season two just dropped. Despite the anime's simple premise, Solo Leveling teems with complexity and hype, and the trailer confirms that more of the same is on the horizon.

This review contains spoilers for Solo Leveling's anime and manhwa. Proceed with caution.
In Solo Leveling, Hunters awaken to their powers all at once, and never grow stronger, no matter how much they train. However, some Hunters undergo a rare Second Awakening, suddenly receiving an additional power boost that substantially increases their rank in Hunter society. Director Shunsuke Nakashige's new film, Solo Leveling -ReAwawkening-, feels like the moment of the animes own Second Awakening, as it once again unlocks a new level of power that itll carry into its highly anticipated Solo Leveling Season 2.
Based on the light novel written by Chugong, Solo Leveling was always meant to be a resounding success. Much like its main character, Sung Jinwoo (aka The Worlds Weakest Hunter), Solo Leveling rose from relative obscurity to becoming an anime powerhouse that cant be stopped seemingly overnight. This December Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will present Solo Leveling: ReAwakening, a movie version of the anime based on the Korean manhwa by Clugong. Keep in mind this is an “omnibus” film, meaning it’s a re-edit of the first season into a movie format. But if you want something new, ReAwakening has that too: stick around and you’ll see the world premiere of the first two episodes from Solo Leveling’s second season. For an entire month, this will be the only way to see these episodes until their proper premiere in January. And now we’re hearing both the original Japanese and English versions will be screened, for the movie and the episode premieres. The episodes will retain the same cast, including Aleks Le (Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba) as Sung Jinwoo, Justin Briner (My Hero Academia) as Yoo Jinho, Rebecca Wang (Aether Gazer) as his sister Sung Jinah,...

Tower of God is a compelling anime series that's been one of the world's most popular manhwa for the better part of the past two decades. The story follows Bam, a young boy with a mysterious past that even he knows little about. When he follows his only friend Rachel to the even more mysterious Tower, he goes on the adventure of a lifetime. He finds new friends, tons of enemies, and an inner dedication that keeps him going no matter the circumstances.
To be a great series comparable to Tower of God, there are a lot of different qualities a show can have. Tower of God is set in the titular Tower, and any series with a vast, explorable world is already a great fit. Tower of God is also no stranger to action. It has plenty of great fights and even better set pieces, making a show with similar qualities a worthy comparison.

Shangri-La Frontier is an exciting anime series starring Sunraku as he looks to play his first ever 'good game' in the titular Shangri-La Frontier. He's an experienced, near-expert-level gamer who only plays the worst games he can find. When he finally wants to try something new, he heads into the world of Shangri-La Frontier and uses his trash-gamer skills to dominate the world quicker than most. It's a fun, light-hearted series with no real consequences, as everything is just a game.
Thanks to his friends Oikatzo and Arthur Pencilgon, Sunraku is able to fight some of the strongest enemies in the series early, earning him unwanted fame and attention. To be a good show like Shangri-La Frontier, a series doesn't necessarily have to be set in a Vrmmo, but it doesn't hurt. Devil Fruits are one of the main power systems in One Piece, and they fall into three categories. Zoan-type Devil Fruits give their users the ability to transform into some type of animal. There are several sub-classes of Zoan. A Mythical Zoan allows the user to turn into some type of mythological beast or deity, and they possess more strength and durability than ordinary Zoan users. Only a handful of Mythical Zoan users have appeared in One Piece, and some of them are quite powerful.
Several of the strongest Mythical Zoan users are pirates. Two of them went on to become Yonko. The World Government is the main antagonistic force of the series, and many Mythical Zoan users are currently affiliated with them. The strongest Mythical Zoan users also seem to have exceptionally strong Haki.
