The trailer for the Ghostsseason 4 finale reveals the return of the show's most annoying spirit. The hit sitcom, from executive producers Joe Port and Joe Wiseman, is a long way from the finish line. The Groundlings will host an improv musical fundraising event on Oct. 26, featuring Ana Gasteyer, Kristen Bell, Kristen Wiig and Will Forte. The event, held at the Performing Arts Center at Vista Del Mar, will benefit the Motion Picture & Television Fund to support below-the-line workers impacted by the strikes.

“One Night Only,” created and directed by Groundlings Main Company member Andrew Leeds, is a full production of a well-known Broadway musical. The catch? The improvisers are given the script and their roles only 24 hours in advance.

“These strikes have taken a terrible toll on our amazing crews, and it isn’t over yet. Even with the WGA strike ending, most crew members won’t be able to start work again until the SAG-AFTRA deal is ratified,” Leeds said in a statement. “Even then, many will be fighting to survive as they wait for productions to start back up.

Ana Gasteyer, Kristen Bell, Kristen Wiig, and Will Forte are among the performers scheduled to take part in One Night Only, a Groundlings musical improv show to benefit the Motion Picture & Television Fund.

The show, set for Thursday, October 26 in Los Angeles, will be a “fully-realized production of a well-known Broadway musical,” the catch being that the performers won’t know what show or their roles until 24 hours before curtain. “The audience finds out what the show is when the curtain rises on the most terrified group of actors you will ever see,” the improv company says.

The iconic sketch comedy troupe is mounting an improv musical fundraiser titled One Night Only that will serve as a benefit for below-the-line workers impacted by Hollywood’s dual strikes via the Motion Picture & Television Fund. The show will be performed at the Glorya Kaufman Performing Arts Center at Vista Del Mar in Los Angeles on Oct. 26.

A large cast has been assembled, headlined by Kristen Wiig, Kristen Bell, Will Forte and Ana Gasteyer, among many others. The Groundlings are bringing a bright spot to the dark tragedy of the shootings at Orlando, Florida’s Pulse Nightclub. The Los Angeles Groundling troupe has organized “Love Is Love,” a special night of improv and sketch comedy to celebrate the Lgbt community and to benefit the victims’ families. Tickets are $15 for the June 20 show taking place at 10 p.m., and all proceeds will be donated via Equality Florida.
