Bas' film-making career started in The Netherlands by crafting captivating and original narratives for some of the most respected global brands and companies. In 2012, he co-founded the viral film series Like Knows Like. This body of work shares deeper stories of well known artists, creatives and writers.
At the end of 2013 he decided to broaden his horizon and moved to NYC. Nowadays Bas' runs a boutique production company and help brands such as ASICS, UPS, Charles Schwab, Honeywell, ESPN, Facebook, H&M, Samsung and Intel reach and deepen their connections with consumers. His engaging story-driven content earned him a Gold Telly Award, a Pro Max Gold Award, two Webby honorees and several Vimeo Staff Picks. In feature articles and interviews his work is described inspiring, honest and moving.
