Rebecca Da Costa is a Brazilian actress who most recently starred as
the female lead opposite Sean Faris in Freerunner, an all action
Parkour film. Later this year, she'll be seen in Seven Below
co-starring Val Kilmer and Ving Rhames and Mine Games opposite Briana
Evigan and Twilight's Alex Meraz. Rebecca recently wrapped filming When
The Bough Breaks with Milo Ventimiglia, Gabriel Macht and Andie
MacDowell.
Da Costa was born in Recife, Brazil and attended the Rui Barbosa School which gave her the opportunity to follow her love of writing, directing and acting in the theater.
At the age of 15, Rebecca successfully entered the national modeling contest, Elite 'Look of the Year,' and was selected to be represented by the agency. At seventeen, she moved to Milan to begin her modeling career, debuting at Milan Fashion Week. She has walked the runways for designers such as Giorgio Armani, Yves Saint Laurent, Escada and Hugo Boss and has been the face of campaigns for Chopard, Swarovski, Nokia and L'Oreal.
Throughout her modeling career Rebecca continued to diligently work on honing her acting craft as well as passionately writing various scripts. In 2009, Da Costa made her debut on an episode of HBO's "Entourage," which led to her roles in the supernatural thriller Trick of the Witch, directed by Chris Morrissey, and most notably as Natasha in L.A., I Hate You, directed by Yvan Gauthier.
