In 2014, he and his soon-to-be ex-wife Kaitlyn Grispi appeared on season 13 episode 39 of the daytime talk show Dr. Phil. While Kaitlyn appeared in person, Josh would make a cameo through phone interview while incarcerated. The couple would eventually separate, with Josh being released years later.
