Russell was born in Mount Vernon, NY. His earlier life immersed in the underground cyberpunk cultures of NYC directly influenced his passion for crafting arthouse urban stories. Recently, he has been collaborating with premiere NYC talent to do modern cinema justice by only releasing tasteful, exciting realism in storytelling.

Russell is an alumnus of the New York Conservatory For Dramatic Arts in Manhattan, New York; Class of 2009.
