Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, Wes started in film making
creating music videos for bands during the height of the Deep Ellum
music scene in Dallas, TX. He won Best Music Video from Videomaker
magazine. Wes has also made music videos for Tori Amos, R.E.M., Modest
Mouse and OK Go in recent years. He has created visual effects for
several feature films and shorts including
The Fun Room (2010) and
Crossing The Enemy (2011). The music video "Shy" for the band pop
poppins was a jury selection for the Dallas Video Festival's "Texas
Show". He produced, wrote, directed along with
Robert Reed the mockumentary short
Super Dynamic Winery: A Hero's Journey Through the Vineyard (2010)
that garnered much praise.
