Biography

Danny Lanham is a multidisciplinary filmmaker, producer, and sound professional whose creative journey spans from Baltimore to Los Angeles. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, Danny began his artistic pursuits early - performing in school plays, playing snare drum in the stage band, and earning a Fine Arts scholarship for his award-winning paintings and drawings. His passion for both technology and storytelling led him from photography into videography, ultimately guiding him into the world of filmmaking.

Danny began his professional media career at Comcast, where he worked his way up to Producer/Director, creating original programming, directing live broadcasts, and producing a range of local commercial and promotional content. Seeking broader creative challenges, he moved to Los Angeles, where he expanded his portfolio as a camera operator, sound technician, and associate producer on both independent films and nationally broadcast television series, including Swamp People, The X Factor, and more.

Through his independent label, Eyeblossom Productions, Danny has produced and directed original short films, music videos, and documentary content. His hands-on expertise includes camera operation (RED, Canon, Sony, Panasonic), sound recording, lighting design, and post-production editing (Adobe Premiere, Avid, Final Cut Pro). In addition to his work behind the camera, he continues to perform as a musician, playing bass and guitar for original rock bands and supporting other artists and venues as a technical consultant.

Today, Danny brings decades of experience to every project he joins - balancing creativity and craft with a deep respect for story, collaboration, and execution. His work reflects a lifelong devotion to the intersection of art, music, and moving images.
