Colin Harris
Colin Harris is an actor, writer, and producer from the working class town of Glasgow, Scotland. He was trained at Langside College, where he featured in a number of stage productions, including an explosive performance as Ariel in Martin McDonagh's black comedy "The Pillowman".

One of four sons, Harris was an avid footballer (soccer) as a child and one day dreamed of playing for Manchester United, his boyhood team. His skill on the pitch would be key during auditions for his first professional acting project, Oscar winner Tom Hooper's highly anticipated film "The Damned United". Harris would portray John McGovern, a player who was signed by Leeds United manager Brian Clough (Michael Sheen) before going on to become a European Cup champion.

Following his film debut, Harris featured in various television series such as "Taggart", "Hope Springs", "Lip Service", and "Case Histories". In 2011, he was cast as Private Raymond Atkinson in Peter Kosminski's four-part BAFTA nominated mini-series "The Promise". The series chronicled a young girl's quest to retrace her Grandfather's post-WWII steps in Israel and Palestine.

In addition to his work in television, Harris has been involved in two critically acclaimed short films. "I Love Luci" saw him star as lovesick Tommy, opposite Camilla Rutheford. The film, from director Colin Kennedy, would go on to win several festival awards and a BAFTA for Best Short Film. In 2016's short "The Last Supper", Harris took on the roles of writer, producer, and actor. Centered on a dysfunctional family's last meal before the apocalypse, the film was well received at various festivals and was awarded the Loch Ness Film Festival's "Nessie's Best Comedy Award". Harris also has several projects in various stages of development, both as a writer and as a performer.
