An estate in L.A.’s Northridge neighborhood once owned by Richard Pryor — and the site where the late comedian famously set himself on fire in 1980 — has hit the market.

Known as Hacienda de los Suenos, the gated, walled property is currently owned by one-time pro football player Rashard Mendenhall, who became a TV writer on Ballers post-nfl. According to Mansion Global, Mendenhall purchased the spread, located in the Sherwood Forest enclave of Northridge, for $2.5 million in 2017; he’s now set his sale price at $4.236 million, an homage to the total rushing yards he had in his career of 4,236.

On Tuesday, the parties filed a notice of voluntary dismissal after coming to a settlement. Mendenhall brought the lawsuit in July 2011, and the resulting case had it all: Osama bin Laden, Charlie Sheen, free speech, morals clauses of celebrity contracts and more. When a company pays a celebrity to endorse its product, part of the contract typically contains a "morals clause" that forbids the person from engaging in actions that that would bring the company "into public disrepute, contempt, scandal or ridicule." Morals clauses are everywhere in Hollywood talent contracts, but the standard contractual language might be too broad to stop a celebrity from being polemical on Twitter. Pittsburgh Steelers defensive juggernaut James Harrison just Blasted NFL commissioner Roger Goodell , claiming, "If that man was on fire and I had to piss to put him out, I wouldn't do it." Steelers running back Rashard Mendenhall has confounded some and angered others with his controversial Tweets about the death of Osama bin Laden. The 23-year-old NFL player apparently was not pleased with the mass celebrations of bin Laden’s killing that broke out across the country on Sunday night.

“What kind of person celebrates death?” Mendenhall posted on his Twitter feed after President Barack Obama announded the death of Osama bin Laden and celebrations broke out across the country in response. “It’s amazing how people can Hate a man they have never even heard speak. Late Sunday evening, just after President Obama announced that U.S. forces had killed Osama bin Laden, a Mark Twain quote quickly bounced around Twitter: “I’ve never wished a man dead, but I have read some obituaries with great pleasure.”
