Perdiendo el juicio es un drama jurídico que narra el momento en el que Amanda (Rivera), una prestigiosa abogada, sufre un grave estallido de su Toc (trastorno obsesivo compulsivo) durante un importante juicio. A partir de ese momento, su carrera cae en picado y tendrá que afrontar nuevos retos y, prácticamente, una nueva vida.
