The 57th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards nominations were announced on Thursday morning, February 10. The winners will be announced during a ceremony held on Monday, March 7, but unlike previous years when the awards show has aired on CBS on broadcast television, these will be exclusively livestreamed on Amazon Prime. It was a big night for Chris Stapleton at the 55th annual Country Music Assn. awards Wednesday, as the singer took home Album of the Year and Single of the Year among his five trophies overall.
Stapleton won Song of the Year and Single of the Year for “Starting Over” and took album of the year for his record of the same name. He also won trophies as producer on the single and album.
“I want to say thank you to everybody that listened to the record, and everybody that listens to music,” Stapleton said from the stage.
Stapleton is also nominated in the male vocalist and Entertainer of the Year categories.
Update: Luke Combs won the Entertainer of the Year honors, the biggest award of the evening.

Bringing country's biggest stars to Sin City, the 2013 Academy of Country Music Awards are coming to an end in MGM Grand's Garden Arena in Las Vegas this evening (April 7).
Helmed by hosts Luke Bryan and Blake Shelton, the night went off with a bang and included performances from celebs like Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, Eric Church and Lady Antebellum.

Shelton nabbed the biggest prize, Entertainer of the Year, the couple were named Male and Female Vocalists of the Year, and they shared the Song award for "Over You."

Nashville, Tenn. (AP) — Eric Church is playing movie host on Cmt. The country star is helping the network air the mini-movie "Mixtape" commercial-free this weekend. The half-hour movie, written by Peter Zavadil and Roger Vaughn, was inspired by Church's recent hit "Springsteen." The movie, in turn, inspired Church's video for the song, which spent two weeks at No. 1 earlier this year.
