A new foursome of stills from the upcoming Dimension Extreme release 'Children Of The Corn: Genesis' have emerged. It arrives on DVD stateside this time next week so not long now before you can check out the sexy 'Hostel' hottie Barbara Nedeljakova in action, along with Billy Drago, Kelen Coleman, Tim Rock, Duane Whitaker, Dusty Burwell, J.J. Banicki and Kai Caster. The Joel Soisson helmed flick is the eighth chapter in the horror franchise which stemmed from the original novel by Stephen King. Check out the new stills below....

Coming to DVD and VOD August 30th, is the latest chapter in the long-running horror franchise in Children of the Corn: Genesis, and here’s some new stills from the flick:

Tim and Allie seek shelter in a remote desert compound after becoming lost and stranded. A strange Manson-like character, Preacher (Drago), reluctantly allows them inside with strict orders to be gone by morning and not wander “where you are not invited.” At first, Preacher and his mail-order wife Oksana (Nedeljakova) deny the faint screams and cries that emanate from one of the crumbling outbuildings. When Allie sneaks outside to investigate, she discovers that she and Tim have stumbled onto a bizarre cult worshiping an entity that may — or may not — dwell inside a haunted little boy.

Arc Entertainment has teamed up with Dimension Extreme to bring its titles to VOD and DVD. This partnership begins with Children of the Corn: Genesis , from writer-director Joel Soisson. 'Children of the Corn: Genesis' (which was previously known as 'Cotc: The Dweller') is the eighth installment in the ongoing horror franchise. A long way from it's innocent Stephen King adaption days comes 'Genesis' from writer/director Joel Soisson. And now thanks to Dimension Extreme we get a DVD and Blu-Ray release date plus some new corny scythe artwork. 'Children of the Corn: Genesis' will hit disc from 30 August across the Us.
