Indie Watch Follow-Up: Clip & Art from Cornered
A film we called your attention to back in May, Cornered , now has a poster. The filmmaker have also informed us a clip hit the web as well, you can find both below. Taylor Chien directed this project which stars Hunter Williams, Heather McComb and Scott Michael Campbell. In the film, The Stranger, played by Ricky Onsgard, has a game that he likes to play. Those unfortunate enough to partake in his sick desires must fight their way out of a booby-trapped house. If they fail, they lose their lives, but if they escape, they will have only more questions. When will The Stranger appear next? We're told this will have a 2012 release.

Cornered Shows More Thrills: Stunt Work and Final Artwork
Some of the stunt work is being revealed for the upcoming thriller Cornered. This film stars Hunter G. Williams (Divine Unrest) in a action heavy story of a serial killer on the loose in Los Angeles. In the latest clips for Cornered, Williams can be seen playing Det. Brant as he chases down a perp'. Is this criminal really innocent: "I did not do anything man," or will capturing him get Det. Brant one step closer to finding The Stranger?

As well, Busted Knuckle Productions has released the latest poster art for the film that shows subdued blues and the other actors: Heather McComb and Scott Michael Campbell. Expect Cornered to release in 2012, with a specific release date to follow. Enjoy the clip below which uses some long continuous action shots and possibly a steadi-cam.

New Stills from Taylor Chien's Cornered
It was last November when we first heard about the new indie film Cornered from Busted Knuckle Productions, and now that it's nearing its July, 2010 completion date, we've received a new batch of stills and an update on the flick.

Most recently Busted Knuckle's Hunter G. Williams (the writer of the screenplay) and Taylor Chien (the director) have added Heather McComb, Scott Michael Campbell, and Anya Benton to the cast of Cornered, which also includes the versatile Williams as Detective Brant and Ricky Onsgard as the big bad he's gunning for. The anticipated release date is first quarter 2011.

Cornered with a Full Cast Line-up and Exclusive Stills from the Set
Hunter G. Williams' Cornered has finalized a cast line-up and other participants include Heather McComb (2012: Supernova), Scott Michael Campbell (Stay Cool), and Anya Benton (6 Guns). Principal photography will be ending in the first week of June and now several exclusive movie stills from the production can be seen here which include many of the actors mentioned above.

Cornered Delivers Dark Demons in these Early Movie Stills
A trailer for Cornered will be available shortly, but for now several movie stills of the villain aka the Stranger (Ricky Onsgard) are available for show. Capturing the mystery of the antagonist in these three stills Cornered manages to pique one's darker curiosities. The film involves an ex-military vet who wants to play a game with some innocent people who just want to get out of his trap alive! Not for the faint of heart Cornered will finalize production in early 2010 with distribution likely to follow shortly after that. For now revisit the synopsis from the film and have a look at two more stills of the Stranger until the trailer comes this way in the next little while.

Suspense Thriller Cornered Enters Production
We recently received an update on the upcoming indie suspense thriller entitled Cornered, which is slated for completion in January, 2010. It was written by Hunter G. Williams and Kevin Duane Carson and is described as "a journey through 'the darkness of murder' and into the heart of a serial killer, who will not stop until all the players are killed."

The film, which is being is directed by Taylor Chien (G.S.I.: Ghost Services International), marks the second appearance of Ricky Onsgard as a villain (he also appeared in Chien's G.S.I.). As well as being the co-writer of Cornered, Hunter G. Williams is the central lead in the film (aka Detective Brant) and the star of at least four upcoming feature films, all in the thriller genre, to be released in 2010.
