Synopsis: Built around “Stan” – the iconic Eminem track released 25 years ago about an obsessive, unstable fan – the film introduces us to a group of real-life ‘stans’ whose deeply personal connections to Eminem mirror some of the many themes found throughout his discography.
Review: As an Elder Millennial, I graduated high school the year Eminem skyrocketed to fame with “The Slim Shady LP.” Eminem was the world’s biggest rapper for about a decade and remains one of the most popular musicians. While my appreciation for his music has stuck with my nostalgia for his first albums, I respect his stature in the pantheon of hip-hop musicians. Some fans have never wavered in their devotion to the man born Marshal Mathers, and the film Stans is dedicated to them. Not quite a documentary in the traditional sense, Stans is more of a love letter to Eminem’s music and how it...

Ed Sheeran has released a new music video, which stars Rupert Grint — again.
On Thursday night, Sheeran dropped the music video for “A Little More,” starring the Harry Potter alum 14 years after he appeared in Sheeran’s “Lego House” music video. And as he did in “Lego House,” Grint plays the same Sheeran-obsessed fan.
This time around, Grint’s character can’t stop seeing Sheeran everywhere he goes, including on billboards, at the gym, on TV and in a movie. But as he’s at the altar, and about to be married, the bride turns into Sheeran.
The lyrics to “A Little More” are as follows: “I used to love you, now every day I hate you just a little more / Life got better when I lost you, but every day I hate you just a little more and more and more / Blame it on your history and say it...

Ed Sheeran has unveiled his latest single ‘A Little More’, starring Rupert Grint and Nathalie Emmanuel, blending humour, music and clever nods to ‘Lego House’.
Ed Sheeran once again makes headlines with a song that surprises both visually and lyrically. The music video brings back Rupert Grint, reprising his iconic role from the 2011 ‘Lego House’ video, alongside Game of Thrones star Nathalie Emmanuel. What follows is a playful, twist-filled narrative that culminates in a cinematic ending.
Infused with a subtle blues influence and witty lyricism, the track delivers a message of self-care and moral courage. Sheeran co-wrote the song with Dave, Blake Slatkin, Cirkut and Johnny McDaid, with production handled by Slatkin and Cirkut.
Directed by Emil Nava, the video picks up where ‘Lego House’ left off. Grint plays a man released from prison, trying to rebuild his life. Things take a surreal turn when, at his wedding to Emmanuel’s character,...

Ed Sheeran’s stalker fan from “Lego House” 14 years ago is back — and in recovery. (Well, kinda.) On Thursday, the musician released the video for his new single “A Little More,” and it reconnects Sheeran’s fans with a character he introduced in the + music video.
In the original video, Rupert Grint (yes, Ron Weasley from Harry Potter) played a Sheeran superfan with a serious, unhealthy obsession — sneaking onstage during a show, hopping into Sheeran’s tour bus, and even chewing his gum.

Chris Hemsworth has fought Norse gods, climbed canyon cables, and played live drums for Ed Sheeran — but there’s one challenge currently keeping him up at night: the future of Extraction. The Netflix franchise, which helped redefine the action genre on streaming, currently holds a solid 80% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and is two films deep. But despite the success of both entries, Hemsworth admits progress on Extraction 3has slowed — and he’s feeling it, as he explained in a new interview.
“[Tyler Rake is] getting restless. We, the creative team, are putting together some different ideas and creative ventures of where we could take the whole place and the [third] film. But the intention is to certainly make another one. I don’t know exactly when, but yeah, it’ll be coming.”

Chris Hemsworth has pushed the limits of his physical fitness time and time again to play the Asgardian God of Thunder, but screen muscles were by no means his only goal.
In 2022, the Australian actor released six episodes of National Geographic’s Limitless with Chris Hemsworth. The endeavor was designed to challenge him physically and mentally in the name of longevity, and so Hemsworth went as far as climbing up a 100-foot rope that was dangling from a cable car in the middle of a thousand-foot canyon. Along the way, he discovered he had an increased risk of Alzheimer’s disease, and so the Disney+/Hulu-streaming series became even more meaningful to him. (Prior to the upcoming second installment, the series was retitled from Limitless with Chris Hemsworth to Limitless: Live Better Now, raising the question of whether other people not named Hemsworth will eventually join the fold in...

Chris Hemworth is popularly recognized for playing Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but recently he's moved into documentaries with his series Limitless. In it, he explores health, stress, and well-being.

Brad Pitt’s F1 is currently dominating headlines and box office records, but Bullet Train leaves it in the dust when it comes to a soundtrack showdown. The 2022 action-comedy movie Bullet Train, based on Kōtarō Isaka’s novel Maria Beetle, wasn’t just a thrilling watch due to its stylistic visuals, amazing cast, and twists, but also the music!
And even though F1’s whole album featured music from global giants, it couldn’t quite deliver the same emotions. Both movies had sky-high ambition, but let’s look at how they compare when it comes to soundtracks and what F1 exactly needed to elevate itself on the musical front.
How Brad Pitt’s Bullet Train Outperformed the Soundtracks of F1 Brad Pitt in Bullet Train | Credits: Columbia Pictures
F1 was scored by Hans Zimmer, the legendary music director who’s known for composing masterpieces in movies like Interstellar, Gladiator, and Inception.

Universal Music Group (Umg), the world’s largest label conglomerate, is planning a U.S. stock market listing in the near future, in addition to its current listing in Amsterdam. But is it a case of “Shake It Off,” to quote Umg star Taylor Swift, or a case of a “Perfect Duet,” to cite fellow Umg artist Ed Sheeran?
Wall Street analysts and investors will keep their eyes and ears open for possible updates from the Umg management team, led by chairman and CEO Lucian Grainge, in July 31’s latest earnings report or the following earnings conference call. If you’re sorting through the details of what is going on with the expected additional stock market listing, The Hollywood Reporter has a few answers on the who, why, when, and where.

This is a Must Listen! Ed Sheeran has teamed up with legendary Indian artist Arijit Singh for a special version of ‘Sapphire’. The new version adds another dimension to Ed’s vibrant summer track. Recorded in Goa, Ed and Arijit worked on both the original version (released last month) and remix version (released today) during their original studio sessions, with today’s release seeing Arijit sing a verse in a mix of Hindi and Punjabi and a chorus in English, and Ed sing a chorus in a mix of Hindi and Punjabi. The result is a blissful cross-cultural fusion of languages and cultures, adorning the song’s celebration of love. Both versions of the track – featuring intricate South-Asian percussion – have been produced by Ilya Salmanzadeh, Johnny McDaid, and Savan Kotecha.

At this point, fans have come to expect at least a few Taylor Swift needle drops in each season of The Summer I Turned Pretty, since author and creator of the show Jenny Han has a personal connection to this music. The songstress knows a thing or two about the complications of love, something Lola Tung’s Belly Conklin is figuring out for herself in this YA series, which will conclude with Season 3, premiering July 16 with two episodes. Han has even gotten permission to use certain songs from Swift’s rerecorded works that haven’t been released yet.
The possibilities for Season 3 seem endless. In May, the pop mastermind reclaimed ownership of her music catalog, opening the door to even more songs that might be included in the final season’s soundtrack. Let’s also not forget, Swift released a double anthology album, The Tortured Poet’s Department, in the hiatus between seasons,...

Andrzej Sapkowski is the talented author behind the internationally popular Witcher saga that has spanned multiple mediums, including the Netflix live-action series, animated films, video games, comics, and more. But it was Sapkowski's original book series that introduced the world to monster hunter Geralt of Rivia.
Geralt is known for his dry wit, and it clearly stems from the author's personality in real life. Sapkowski has cultivated a reputation for being a little grumpy during interviews, often speaking bluntly with no filter, going so far as to roast the adaptations of his story and publicly drag everyone from game developer CD Projekt Red (Cdpr) to fellow fantasy author George R.R. Martin. One thing about Sapkowski, he is not afraid to share his unvarnished opinions.

Sindy, the popular British doll that emerged from Pedigree Dolls & Toys in the 1960s as a rival to America’s iconic Barbie, may soon be singing her way onto the big-screen.
A2R2 Productions — the production company launched last fall by actor Archie Renaux and manager-producer Arjun Rose — has acquired rights to adapt Sindy and they’ve set plans for a “bold, feel-good live-action musical that mixes heart, humor and high fashion,” the team confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter.
Rose, who dabbled in music with a live performance series called Laughing Boy that featured the likes of Ed Sheeran and Jessie J, will produce along with Renaux. The British talent was last seen on the big screen in Alien: Romulus. "South Park" is one of the best cartoons of modern times, full of biting commentary, hilarious situations, and a whole town's worth of memorable side characters. The show's humor has made it kind of a cultural Rorschach test for over a quarter of a century, having earned legions of defenders but also people who have tried to ban it and yielding many opinions on whether the satire is effective or just plain offensive.
Part of the appeal of "South Park" is the way it parodies pop culture and celebrities, which have had mixed reactions by its subjects. Reportedly, Tom Cruise hated his portrayal, as did Ed Sheeran, while others loved to be a part of the show, like most of the Jonas Brothers and George Clooney (the latter of whom was an important early supporter of the series).

One former Game of Thrones star and Award-winning singer/songwriter has just shared a controversial Star Wars opinion. There have been 11 Star Wars movies released since A New Hope hit theaters over 50 years ago, including the recent releases of Rogue One and Solo, which aren’t given the traditional episodic title, but still fit into the story. Few franchises are as opinionated as Star Wars — everyone has a favorite movie, and while some are lifted on a pedestal much higher than others, even the most maligned entries have fans out there somewhere.
Star Wars also has some famous fans out there who aren’t afraid to share their opinion. One of those is Ed Sheeran, the popular singer/songwriter who even appeared in the hit HBO series, Game of Thrones. Sheeran recently caught up with Kylie Kelcie for an episode of Not Gonna Lie, where he was asked about his favorite Star Wars movie.

Ed Sheeran has been a big fan of the Star Wars franchise, and he is finally opening up about the one film that continues to stand out from the rest, in his opinion.
Star Wars has been around for ages now, and fans have a wide variety of projects to choose their favorites from. From The Empire Strikes Back to The Force Awakens, the franchise is full of unforgettable stories that have left a permanent mark on the industry.
However, Sheeran’s pick for his favorite film has got to be an unpopular opinion: The Phantom Menace. He recently appeared on the Not Gonna Lie podcast with Kylie Kelce, where he stated,

It’S Only A few hours before Alex Warren plays a crowded room in downtown Los Angeles in early June, and the chart-topping singer behind the massive hit “Ordinary” just passed out from an I.V. experience gone wrong.
“This girl didn’t know what she was doing, and she stuck it in wrong and was fishing for a minute and she didn’t get a vein and started pumping shit in, and all of a sudden my arm starts bubbling up and I pass the fuck out,” he recounts later.

Ed Sheeran, a massive fan of Wheatus’ eternal 2000 jam “Teenage Dirtbag,” invited frontman Brendan B. Brown onstage at his show in Hamburg, Germany to perform a cover of the song.
Sheeran wasn’t just recruiting Brown to fulfill his own adolescent dreams; in an Instagram post celebrating the collaborative performance, Sheeran explained that he and his two childhood friends had played in a band when they were 12-years-old, with “Teenage Dirtbag” being one of their signature songs. The trio had recently reformed after 20 years to play at a friend’s wedding, and Sheeran thought it’d be a good idea to perform a reunited rendition of “Teenage Dirtbag” at one of his concerts, with Wheatus’ original singer in tow. “So I emailed Brendan, and here we are!” Sheeran exclaimed.
Brown happily fulfilled his “Teenage Dirtbag” duties at the Volksparkstadion in Hamburg, with Sheeran singing along but mostly accompanying the frontman...

Ed Sheeran reunited his high school band, flew over the lead singer of Wheatus, and performed one of his favorite songs of all time, the enduring Y2K classic “Teenage Dirtbag, for his show Saturday in Hamburg, Germany.
“I’ve got a cool surprise for you, it’s really quite cool, but bear with me,” Sheeran prefaced to the crowd. The singer then talked about his high school band and how, after splitting up decades ago, the group remained good buddies and even reunited this past April to perform at their friend’s wedding.
