Pretty and petite blonde sprite Codi Carmichael was born on February 1,
1983 in Elkridge, Maryland. She's of mixed German, English, and Native
American descent. Codi grew up in Baltimore. She has two brothers and
her parents divorced when she was nine years old. Carmichael was in a
dance company in high school. Codi worked for three years as a
receptionist at a podiatry and dermatology office. Bored with her job,
