ABC has released sneak peek clips of the cast of “General Hospital” vs. the cast of “The Young and the Restless” appearing on the Thursday, July 31 episode of “Celebrity Family Feud,” airing at 8:30 p.m. Et/Pt, immediately following another episode of the game featuring ​​music producer Diplo going head-to-head with actress Laverne Cox.

The first clip sees “General Hospital” star Donnell Turner (Curtis Ashford) take on “The Young and the Restless” actress Michelle Stafford (Phyllis Summers) as they are asked, “Name something your mate’s booty has in common with a basketball.

ABC on Monday announced that the cast of “General Hospital” vs. the cast of “The Young and the Restless” episode of “Celebrity Family Feud” will air on Thursday, July 31, as part of the popular game show’s current 11th season.

Hosted by Steve Harvey, the soap opera-focused episode will air at 8:30 p.m. Et/Pt on the network immediately following an episode featuring DJ and music producer Diplo vs. actress Laverne Cox, which airs at 8:00 p.m. Et/Pt.

As previously reported, the soap stars participating in the episode include Finola Hughes, Donnell Turner, Rena Sofer, Tanisha Harper and Maurice Benard from “General Hospital”, and Joshua Morrow, Michelle Stafford, Lauralee Bell, Melissa Claire Egan and Bryton James from “The Young and the Restless.”

The episode was taped in May in Atlanta.

“We were definitely feuding,” joked Hughes during an appearance on “Live with Kelly and Mark” in May.

Rosé surprised fans with an appearance from Bruno Mars at Blackpink’s second concert in Los Angeles over the weekend. The singer enlisted Mars to perform their joint single, “Apt.,” which dropped last fall.

Earlier this month, ABC formally announced that cast members from “General Hospital” and “The Young and the Restless” are among the contestants set to appear during the upcoming 11th season of “Celebrity Family Feud,” the primetime game show hosted by Steve Harvey (“Family Feud”).

The news comes weeks after actors from both shows shared behind the scenes snaps on Instagram and other social media platforms following a taping last month in Atlanta.

Australian pop star Kylie Minogue is heading to North America for her world tour dates. Minogue’s 2025 concerts began on February 15 at the Rac Arena in her homeland, Australia. The North American leg of the tour, set to kick off on March 29 at the Scotiabank Arena in Toronto, will see Minogue make stops in cities across the continent, with shows in Chicago, Washington D.C., Orlando, Vancouver, New York and more. The tour is fixed to conclude in Los Angeles on May 2 at Crypto.com Arena.

The 13-track album Tension II, a follow-up to the September 2023 album, Tension, features collaborations with many impressive artists, such as Tove Lo, Sia, Diplo, Orville Peck, The Blessed Madonna and Bebe Rexha.

Mutant is bringing the scores to a pair of Netflix original movies to vinyl for the very first time.

Both Alan Silvestri’s score for “The Electric State,” which premieres next week on the streaming service, and Scot Stafford’s score for “Ultraman: Rising,” which hit Netflix last summer, are available later today on Mutant’s official site.

Silvestri’s score for “The Electric State” is so wonderful; you will be transported to the first time you watched “Back to the Future” as a kid. It adds so much wonder and magic to the mega-budgeted Russo Brothers film. And “Ultraman: Rising” combines various influences to create a singular, intoxicating score, for the inaugural animated feature based on the classic Japanese pop culture character.

Diplo, Poolside, Aluna, Phantoms, Drama, and more are set to perform at Live From Los Angeles: A Fire Relief Benefit in Malibu, California on March 16th.

The event is brought together by Warner Bailey, creator of the popular Assistants vs Agents Instagram account, and James Raj, founder of the pop-up DJ set platform Afters Club, in partnership with the non-profit music community aid organization MusiCares.

The benefit show will honor the first responders and firefighters who displayed their unwavering dedication to Los Angeles earlier this year as wildfires raged throughout the city. The annual event supports the foundation’s critical efforts in reaching marginalized communities who are affected by HIV/AIDS.

While he has been limited on how much he can drink during the event after past controversies, he is still willing to say anything that comes to mind. That included calling out Anderson Cooper live during a Shania Twain performance.

On the annual New Year’s Eve telecasts, big-name celebrities often perform during the show. This year, Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper welcomed Shania Twain to perform for the fans in Tinme’s Square. However, while she performed a mini concert, Cohen saw Cooper not paying attention.

While Snania was performing, Andy saw Anderon playing on his phone during the performance. This came right after the two were asked about their New Year’s resolutions.

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest saw a year-over-year audience decline on Tuesday night but still managed to ring in 2025 with a ratings win as the most-watched of the televised Nye bashes.

The annual special on ABC averaged 7.9M viewers in primetime from 8 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Est, which is a 6% decrease from last year’s 8.4M. The late night edition, of course, brought in a much larger crowd in anticipation of the ball drop, averaging 17.9M from 11:30 pm to 12:30 a.m., on par with the 2023 celebration.

Viewership soared to 22M, once again in line with last year, in the midnight quarter hour as the ball dropped in Times Square.

Per usual, the audience grew throughout the night, posting the smallest viewership in the 8 to 10 p.m. hours, when around 6.2M tuned in. From 10 to 11:30, this ballooned to 9.5M before...

Diplo stunned CNN’s New Year’s Eve hosts Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper Tuesday night when he revealed he was on LSD “right now” during a live virtual interview from Los Angeles.

The DJ (aka Thomas Wesley Pentz) who hosted a New Year’s Eve show at the Avalon in Hollywood, seemed unfazed at the co-hosts responses.

“I’m so curious. What’s the most conventional place that you’ve done LSD?” Cohen asked Diplo.

“Right now. I did some on the helicopter on the way here,” the DJ said with a smile.

A shocked Cohen shouted, “Right now?!” while Cooper — who had been doing shots of tequila all night — doubled over laughing.

The 46-year-old DJ and producer joined hosts Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper on air, via a video call from Los Angeles.

At one point, Andy asked Diplo, “What is the most, I’m so curious, what’s the most conventional place that you’ve done LSD?”

“Right now,” Diplo responded with a little laugh, prompting Anderson to burst into laughter once again.

“Right now?!” Andy said, as Diplo added, “I did some in the helicopter on the way here, yeah. But it’s like a light trip.”

“I’m not even lying,” the DJ added while Andy was saying, “You’re tripping right now?!”

After Anderson asked if he was microdosing, Diplo responded, “Yeah a little bit. I think might’ve macrodosed earlier today though.”

On CNN’s New Year’s Eve Live With Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper, the show’s co-hosts had the DJ on as one of their guests.
