Val Kilmer Channels His Creepiness in This Trailer For The Horror Thriller The Super
Val Kilmer stars in a new horror thriller called The Super and he makes sure to put on his creepy face. The story centers around a former cop who becomes the superintendent of a large New York City apartment building where people start to mysteriously go missing.

This actually looks like a decent film and it’s great to Val Kilmer back in action and making movies. It seems like its been awhile. A lot of fans have been worried about his physical state in the past, but he actually looks good in this movie! Seeing him here in this trailer actually got me more excited to see him back as Ice Man in Top Gun: Maverick.

Here’s the synopsis for The Super:

Former cop Phil Lodge takes a job as a superintendent in a Manhattan apartment building. When a teen goes missing, along with several other tenants, Phil...

Val Kilmer in Official Trailer for Apartment Horror Thriller 'The Super'
"I know you were in my apartment, Walter." Saban Films has debuted a new trailer for a horror thriller film titled The Super, from German director Stephan Rick. The film is about a former cop who becomes the superintendent of a large New York City apartment building where people mysteriously go missing. The screenplay is by John J. McLaughlin, one of the writers on the Black Swan script, as well as Hitchcock and Parker. Patrick John Flueger stars as Phil Lodge, who becomes the new super. The full cast includes Val Kilmer, Louisa Krause, Mattea Conforti, Taylor Richardson, Paul Ben-Victor, Yul Vazquez, Andrea Lynn Green, and Travaris Spears. I'm not really sure why Kilmer looks so much like Al Pacino in this, but I don't mind really. I just wish this looked better than every other apartment horror film before. Here's the new official trailer (+ poster) for Stephan Rick's The Super,...

Interview: Talking ‘Admission’ with the Cast
Opening in theaters today is the new comedy/drama, Admission, which pairs Tina Fey (“30 Rock,” Baby Mama) and Paul Rudd (This is 40, I Love You, Man) for the first time together on screen. Based on the novel by Jean Hanff Korelitz, Admission focuses on Portia Nathan (Tina Fey), a Princeton admissions officer who takes a professional risk after she meets a college bound alternative school kid who just might be the son she gave up years ago in a secret adoption. The film is directed by Paul Weitz (American Pie, About a Boy) and also stars Nat Wolff (The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie) and Lily Tomlin (Nine to Five, I Heart Huckabees).

Along with several other members of the press, I recently had a chance to speak with Tina Fey, Paul Rudd, Nat Wolff, and Paul Weitz about Admission at the Waldorf-Astoria hotel in New York City.

Admission Movie Review
Tina Fey and Paul Rudd in Admission (2013)
Title: Admission Director: Paul Weitz Starring: Tina Fey, Paul Rudd, Nat Wolff, Wallace Shawn, Lily Tomlin, Michael Sheen, Gloria Reuben, Travaris Spears Proof of the old axiom about most of a film’s success laying in its casting can be found on rich display in “Admission,” a pleasant, airy adaptation of Jean Hanff Korelitz’s same-named novel about a frazzled college admissions officer who finds both complication and unlikely happiness in a rebound relationship. Topliners Tina Fey and Paul Rudd anchor this amiable yet somewhat insubstantial romantic dramedy — a movie whose sins chiefly seem to be of skittish insecurity and misguided omission rather than actual execution. No mind, however: fans of the two actors, [ Read More ]

Tina Fey and Paul Rudd in Admission (2013)
Title: Admission Directed By: Paul Weitz Starring: Tina Fey, Paul Rudd, Nat Wolff, Michael Sheen, Wallace Shawn, Lily Tomlin, Gloria Reuben, Travaris Spears “Admission” isn’t loaded with rapid-fire laughs, but it’s because director Paul Weitz opts to give the material a chance to breathe and develops it into a more thoughtful comedy, making it more memorable than a mere fleeting attempt at earning a laugh. Portia Nathan (Tina Fey) is an all-business college admissions officer. She’s dedicated her life to plucking the brightest young minds from Princeton’s abundance of applicant folders to help uphold the university’s sky-high standards, so when her boss, Clarence (Wallace Shawn), announces he’s preparing to retire [ Read More ]

New Admission Photos and TV Spot
Focus Features has released a new TV spot and 8 high resolution photos from the new dramedy Admission. Directed by by “About a Boy” and “American Pie” director Paul Weitz, the film stars Tina Fey as an admissions officer at Princeton University. Everything in her life if prim, proper and by the book. And totally boring. While visiting a high school in New Hampshire, she reconnects with an old college friend (Paul Rudd), and realizes that one of his students may be the son she gave up for adoption years ago.
