Amitabh Bachchan enjoyed playing some interesting games and having a hilarious conversation with ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 14’ contestant Riyanka Sharma from Indore. She took over the hotseat for the finale episode of the show and entertained the audience and host with her light-hearted conversation.

When the host asked her about her favourite food, she replied it is ‘elaichi’ (cardamom) and he was left in splits. She said it helps in weight loss.

She also added that during her school days her friends used to call her elaichi.

Later, she played an interesting game with the host and asked him to guess the hidden names of his films in the picture.

Big B also spoke about his journey as a host and bonded with the audience in the concluding episode of the show. He said that he is going to take many memories associated with the contestants who took over the hotseat on the show.

Kalank singer Antara Mitra is coming up with the rendition of a song, written and composed by the iconic Nobel prize winner poet and composer Rabindranath Tagore on the occasion of his 159th birth anniversary in May. Talking about the music video, Antara told Ians here, "My father who is a music teacher always told me that being a Bengali singer, I should come up with my rendition of Rabindra Sangeet, because Tagore is an integral part of our culture. Bollywood has given me recognition but I must not forget my roots. So this year, on the birth anniversary of Rabindranath Tagore, I am planning to come up with a video in which I sang the song."

Dilwale’s track Gerua broke all records by becoming the first Bollywood music video to have crossed 10 million views on YouTube within 10 days of it’s release. The song is features Bollywood’s iconic pair Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol, is sung by Arijit Singh and Antara Mitra , is written by Amitabh Bhattacharya.

The global hit made record label Sony Music think about taking this succes to another level. Since the Arab world is totally in love with Bollywood movies and music, Sony Music decided to launch an Arabic version of Gerua titled Telagena. Music composer Pritam is all set to entertain fans with his music once again. He has composed music for one of the most awaited films of the year – Dilwale.

Sony Music Entertainment and Red Chillies Entertainments Pvt. Ltd. recently launched one of the most anticipated film soundtracks of the year, ‘Dilwale’ with a worldwide exclusive listening session of three tracks from the Ost at the Sony Music headquarters in London. Shah Rukh Khan sent a video message for the event and music composer Pritam interacted with the UK media via video conferencing.

Dilwale will reignite the quintessential, romantic magic of the iconic Kajol and Shah Rukh Khan on-screen pairing for the first time since 2010’s worldwide hit, ‘My Name Is Khan’.

The soundtrack for ‘Dilwale’ has been composed by renowned music director Pritam, collaborating with lyricist Amitabh Bhattacharya. The duo has previously come together to create hit songs for soundtracks such as ‘Cocktail’, ‘Barfi!’, ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’ and ‘Dhoom 3’.

India’s most successful music composer, Pritam Chakraborty, has enthralled audiences with his melodious symphonies for years now. The composer, who is well-known for his classic Bollywood tracks, gave his fans a chance to relive those moments in a live concert in Ahmedabad recently. The ‘Love AajKal’ live musical concert was an extremely entertaining evening filled with the tunes of his most popular songs.

Pritam was the toast of the evening as he performed to his chart busting numbers at Sardar Patel Stadium. The audience went crazy when they saw their favorite artist as he performed on stage along with a list of well-established names from the industry. Nakash Aziz, Aditi Singh Sharma, Ash King, Antara Mitra, Soham, Nikhil Paul George, Shalmali Kholgade and Sreeram Chandra amongst others were present during the concert. Brilliantly playing the delicate strings of a guitar, the composer set the mood for his loyal fans.

New Delhi, Jan 30: Singer Antara Mitra, who has sung songs like "Bheegi si bhaagi si" and "Saree ke fall sa", feels that the music industry has opened its gates to many new singers now.

"The monopoly of singers is going. Everyone is getting work...may be the quantity is less but quality is good. New singers are getting opportunities," Mitra told Ians in an email interaction.

However, be it "Gandi baat" or "Fevicol se", the lyrics of songs have become questionable. Mitra is of the opinion that as long as they don't offend people's sentiments, all kinds of lyrics are justified.

Prabhu Deva is back in the game with his second release of the year, R Rajkumar, which teams him with Shahid Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, and his much sought after music director Pritam. Deva had been trying to book the busy Pritam to compose for his other films, but it hadn’t worked until this album. Gandi Baat has been making waves on social media ever since its debut, with good reason, as it’s a catchy and slickly produced track. The song does resemble “Dhating Naach” with its chorus section of the dhols, and horns, but this one fares better with Mika Singh and Kalpana Patowary.
