Participants will discuss environmentally sustainable practices in screen production.

TorinoFilmLab (Tfl) has selected six projects and 13 production execs for its final Green Film Lab workshop of the year.

The six projects consist of five feature films and one TV series. Among them are Lauren Marsden’s eco-fantasy thriller feature Mama D’Lo, in which an aspiring environmental manager is summoned to the jungle by supernatural forces after witnessing a bribery scheme that threatens a vulnerable river in Trinidad.

‘Antonia’: Prime Video Italy Orders Comedy-Drama Series “In The Tone Of ‘Fleabag'” From ‘Romulus’ Producer Groenlandia

Exclusive: Prime Video Italy has ordered a six-part comedy-drama in the “tone in the director of Fleabag” from Italian producer Groenlandia.

We can reveal Banijay Group-owned drama house Groenlandia and Fidelio are making Antonia, in collaboration with Prime Video. The series will form part of the streamer’s latest slate, which is due to be unveiled today in Rome. Each episode will be a half-hour.

Chiara Martegiani (Ride) stars in the title role. Valerio Mastandrea is providing creative supervision and also stars alongside Barbara Chichiarelli, Emanuele Linfatti, Leonardo Lidi and Anna Chiara Caselli. Elisa Casseri, Carlotta Corradi and Chiara Martegiani are the writers. Chiara Malta is directing.

The first clapperboard has slammed on the Star original romantic drama starring Cristiana Capotondi and Luca Argentero, based upon Ferzan Özpetek’s 2001 hit film. Cristiana Capotondi (recently seen in Attenti al gorilla and Woman’s Name), Eduardo Scarpetta (Capri-Revolution) and Luca Argentero (recently gracing Good Goals and the series Doc – Nelle tue mani) are leading the cast of the much-anticipated Star original series The Ignorant Angels, a work based upon the hit film which established Ferzan Özpetek in the industry in 2001, His Secret Life. Disney+ has released a photo of the first clapperboard for the romantic drama, which is composed of eight 50-minute episodes and is written by Özpetek, Gianni Romoli, Carlotta Corradi and Massimo Bacchini, with production in the hands of R&c Produzioni. The firm headed up by Tilde Corsi and Gianni Romoli has made almost all of Ozpetek’s films, including his most recent work The Goddess of.
