Nickelodeon is bringing more thunder with a new movie called Clash of the Thundermans. This comes after the success of The Thundermans Return movie and the spinoff series The Thundermans: Undercover.

According to official announcements, the new movie will launch at the same time on Nickelodeon and Paramount+ in 2026. Filming is planned to start in Vancouver on July 31.

Ariel Winter, known for her roles in Modern Family and Sofia the First, is joining the cast. She will play a character named Cognita. Fans will also see familiar faces returning, including Kira Kosarin as Phoebe Thunderman, Jack Griffo as Max Thunderman, Maya Le Clark as Chloe Thunderman, Addison Riecke as Nora Thunderman, Diego Velázquez as Billy Thunderman, Chris Tallman as Hank Thunderman, and Rosa Blasi as Barb Thunderman.

Nickelodeon Studios has dropped a brand-new trailer and first-look photos for its eagerly anticipated Thundermans spinoff series. Thundermans: Undercover, which began filming last August, will premiere at 7pm on Nickelodeon on January 22.

The trailer, first-look images, and premiere details arrive via Variety. Thundermans: Undercover focuses primarily on Kira Kosarin as Phoebe, Jack Griffo as Max, and Maya Le Clark as Chloe. Per Nickelodeon, the series "will follow Phoebe and Max, who are sent undercover to handle a new threat in the seaside town of Secret Shores and bring Chloe (Maya Le Clark) along to develop her superhero talent." Created by Jed Spingarn, The Thundersmans was a superhero comedy series that followed the lives of the Thundermans, a superhero family doing their best to live normal lives in the city of Hiddenville. The show ran for four seasons from 2013 to 2018, at one point winning a Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Award for Favorite TV Show. It has since been revealed that the family is back in the reunion movie The Thundermans Return, which is coming to Nickelodeon and Paramount+ in March 2024. At Ccxp in Brazil on Saturday, the first teaser trailer for The Thundermans Return was unveiled, and it has been made available to watch online by Nickelodeon on YouTube. The Thundermans are returning to Nickelodeon. The cable channel has ordered a reunion movie based on the superhero comedy series with the original cast returning for the feature-length film.

Nickelodeon announced this week that it had picked up The Thundermans Return, a feature-length movie based on the hit comedy.

The next chapter will follow the superpowered family as they begin a new era of superhero crimefighting.

We have got the latest on a fun new family comedy getting Nickelodeon’s green light. The new series is called The Thundermans and it will follow an unusual pair of twins. If you’re into superheroes, you’re going to want to pay close attention to this scoop.

Chicago – A very subdued and scientific Harrison Ford recently spoke with HollywoodChicago.com and two other Chicago film critics on the subject of his new true-story film “Extraordinary Measures”. Ford stars in the film and served as its executive producer since inception.

At one point in our interview, the 67-year-old Chicago native calmly uttered a minor expletive and then reminded us that we have the choice about whether or not to print it. While the interview style of some actors can fall into the more eccentric bucket, the Ford experience on this day was decidedly professional, conservative and relatively serious.

John Crowley (Brendan Fraser) is a pharmaceutical executive at Bristol-Myers Squibb. He and his wife Aileen (Keri Russell), have three children. Their oldest son (Sam M. Hall) is fine, but their two younger children, eight year-old Megan (Meredith Droeger), and six year-old Patrick (Diego Velazquez), suffer from a rare, genetic form of muscular dystrophy called Pompe's disease. Whenever you have a movie that's based on a true story and is about the brave battle against some horrible disease, a large portion of the audience will be inspired and moved, no matter how brutally awful the movie is. And stepping up to critique the art of a bad movie inevitably sounds a little like critiquing the real-life heroes. This is never the case. I wouldn't take back the deeds of the real-life John Crowley for anything. But I imagine that his real-life battles amounted to not much more than a series of phone calls, meetings and conversations, none of which make for a very interesting movie. So for the new Extraordinary Measures, screenwriter Robert Nelson Jacobs and director Tom Vaughan (What Happens in Vegas) throw in a whole bunch of fictionalized arguments, chases and grand gestures to make it play more like a movie.
