Lauren Salandra was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA where she
excelled in school and local theater. She later received a bachelors
degree in Video Production from Ohio University. While in school,
Lauren continued her acting education by performing in 14 theater
productions, numerous films, as well as spending 4 years on the SNL
inspired television show Friday's Live.
After graduation, Lauren moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dream of becoming an actress. Since her move, Lauren has studied improv at the Upright Citizens Brigade and is a current writer/performer for the sketch comedy group Olde School Peep Show. She has appeared on numerous late night talk shows and can be seen in ProActiv+ commercials.
